“The beer itself was great but I have a couple of issues with the way the beer is packaged. The box arrived emblazoned with branding which, as a gift, was not ideal. The box also looked as though it had been kicked down the stairs, with one of the branded glasses being smashed to bits inside the box, which then involved fishing out the broken glass and cleaning each beer to avoid injury. The beer tastes wonderful, but was marred slightly by the packaging errors.”

“From their catalogue it's not clear what's in stock, and what's not. Meaning as I'm ordering for a bunch of my team, they put their orders in and then we have to find replacements. If BeerMerchants could grey out those not available, it would be useful”

“Simple to use web site and delivery by Parcelforce worked fine. I did leave a note when I ordered saying "leave in porch" but that didn't seem to get through to couriers. No great problem though as it was left with neighbour.”
