“Excellent service. Delivered on time. Well packaged. We had been to Belgium and it was good to be able to get the same beer over here. Will be ordering again.”

“I was a bit dubious about ordering beer on line but my best friend had a birthday coming up and Beer Merchants was the only site that I could find with my friends special IPA. From the outset customer service was excellent. Easy to place order, quick secure payment (peace of mind). Delivery was quick and I must say the packaging was first class. Now I’m hooked with Beer Merchants so I am preparing to order my next shipment.”

“Recently placed an order for 11 different beers only received 10. No explanation stated did I want a refund for the bottle no offer to send the beer or any form of apology. Still not received the refund or any form of compensation as the order was for a gift. Quite disappointed with the service”
