“First time order with the company, and there was a problem with the shipping. The mark of a good company is how they handle it when things go wrong. Tom was very quick to respond and sort the issue and I have no hesitation in recommending the team and I’ll order from them again.”

“Got a few bottles of Belgian beer (hard to find in the UK) as my friend's birthday gift. There is a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks as well. Delivery was quick and arrived in a well packaged box with cardboard padding. I did get an extra bottle of non-alcoholic drink, which was a nice surprise! Overall i'm impressed with Beer Merchants :) I would say that it is a great place to purchase niche/harder to find beer brands!”

“Good service, prompt delivery. Beers came securely in a massive box, with each bottle jammed into big cardboard eggcarton things that absorb shocks. All the bottles intact. Would reccommend.”
