“Communication could have been quicker as I ended up emailing about the same issue twice (they had a porter section but all the beer was out of stock). But the beer selection is very good and they look like they'll be excellent beers. We look forward to trying them in my husband's advent calendar!”

“My complaint is more with Parcelforce than BeerMerchant. They only gave me a couple hours advance notice of my two hour delivery window, and I couldn't change my plans at that point to be home. And they only tried once, didn't try the neighbours (who were home!) So I still don't have the beer because I don't have time and can't really carry them home from the post office. Overall a disappointment.”

“The selection of beers is good, however the postage facility was hugely frustrating. The package was sent by signed for delivery, and as we are not at home during normal delivery hours we knew we would need to change this. There was no facility to amend the address, and once the package had had an attempted delivery, there was no card left so we didn't know how to get it rearranged. After several frustrating days, we finally had to go and collect the package from a distribution centre. I would recommend you change your courier services as it has now put us off ordering anything more from you in the future.”
