“Only merchant that had the beer I wanted in stock, very quick turn around and sorted out my problem with delivery very quickly (parcelforce error not beer merchants). Beer is great!”

“Not very good at all. Ordered a gift set for a present, to be delivered next day. Received notification that it had been delivered, spent a few days hunting around neighbours and receptions, and finally contacted beermerchants to find that it had been damaged, and they were now out of stock for the item. Very disappointing first experience, doubt I’d use again. Beer Merchants - order 100062238 if you’d like to follow up.”

“Lovely beers at reasonable prices, only improvements that could be made are better and wider varieties available and a better stock control system, I've made a number of orders in the past and only one has ever arrived containing everything on the order. Never any problems getting refunds for the missing items, just disappointing when popular beers don't arrive that were the whole reason behind the order in the first place!”

“I have asked for the name on my account to be corrected. They say that it's been done, but the survey email has the wrong name on it. Will keep giving 1 out of 5 until this is sorted, then they'll get 5 out of 5 which is a true reflection of their services.”
