“This year I have ordered "Gluten Free Beers" on four occasions...the first three orders were NOT via Beer Hunter, they were direct from the importer but were unsucessful - in all three cases the parcels were "undeliverable"because the packages (bottles of beer!) were broken in transit. The fourth order was delivered on-time, and complete, and in perfect condition. The fourth delivery was with "Beer Hunter"... absolutely perfect.”

“I ordered the Augustiner gift set ( 2 beers + Augustiner glass) as a memory of a recent trip to Berlin. The beers were excellent but unfortunatly the glass was broken in transit. The glass was replaced and delivered in 24 hours. Many thanks for your excellent service.”

“Not Beerhunters fault but I orderd a pack of German beers for a birthday gift. Arrived 3 days too late. The box was battered and not in the Beerhunter presentation box but in a scruffy DPD tapped up one. On inspection by my friend all were wrapped up in bubble wrap and one was missing. I felt embarrassed my friends gift was like this. Sadly it's put me right off buying anything further. Even though I was refunded for one broken bottle ???????”

Hello Garry, I am sorry your parcel arrived in this way. We send all our orders out in perfect condition and expect the couriers to treat them in such a way they arrive as sent however sometimes this is not the case. Looking into this it seems that DPD have repacked your order and delivered rather than this being returned to us so we can send out a fresh item. We will be taking this up with the couriers. Please accept my apologies on this once again. Thanks Paula
