If I could have given you a zero I would have, £25 for 2 cans, a glass & some pretzels. And don’t get me started on the ‘personalised box’ any child with a printer could have made that. Wish I’d known what I was buying beforehand as I would have gone to the coop and saved myself £20. Now I’ve got to go and get another present cause I can’t show up with this shower! Top work you’ve ruined my Christmas.

Ordered three gift packs of Delirium Beer. Although delivery was as expected, only one of the gift packs has arrived, and the glass included in the gift pack is broken. Emailed customer service but no response as yet. Wouldn’t order again.

BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. 500ml bottles ordered and paid for but 330 ml bottles received over a week ago. E-mailed and left phone message (phone not answered by a real person) but still Customer Services has not got back to me.

Very disappointed. I ordered 5 beers, was charged for 5 beers but my recipient only received 3 ! I was not informed of any stock shortages and now await for the problem to be resolved.

Hi Kar-yee Thanks for your email, I can see that an emailed response was sent as soon as your order was received to advise if the missing can. We did ask if a replacement was needed or whether you wished for a refund but nothing was received therefore the item was refunded and the remaining items sent. Amongst the worst customer service I have ever encountered for an on line purchase. No information as to when the delivery would be made with no response from two emails. I made a phone call and was told they hadn't received my emails and then that a different department had not passed on the information.The delivery was eventually made and it was fortunate for me that I was around as there was still no information on when and what time the delivery would me made. I checked the contents briefly and discovered that one box contained twelve beers and the other one short. I emailed once more, pointing out that I had not received replies to my previous efforts and that I would appreciate confirmation that my email had been received. Nothing. This was a gift. It arrived after the promised date and, as a consequence , I was unable to give a birthday gift. I will not be using Beer Hunter again and I will not be recommending it to any of my friends or relatives. Bob Harris

I ordered for next day delivery... when I received it, it had two of the same bottle where as it was meant to be 4 different ones however only 3 bottles came in total. And for some strange reason, a packet of jalapeño crisps, and the wrong glass! 😬 Because it was meant for a birthday I will NOT order again from Beer Hunter. Absolutely poor!

Very poor customer service. Ordered product on 26 Nov, should have arrived in 3 to 5 working days. Hadn"t arrived after a week. Had to chase order on three separate further occasions. Order eventually arrived after two and a half weeks. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that the item that arrived wasn't what I ordered. Not sure I can take the hassle of getting the order corrected. Based on previous experience that could take a month, I'd avoid purchasing from this company, especially if you want your gift for a specific date.

Only received one of my items I ordered then struggled to get a hold of them to see where the rest of my order was and when it finally got sent out there was still something missing and the box was all bursted open I won’t be using this site again

Never trust or use this company EVER! Wanted to support a local company and local breweries and ordered a Manchester Beer Advent Calendar for my parents. PayPal money taken, no order/delivery over a week after the money taken. Chased up shipped one out. Just followed up with my parents on how they are getting on and said “There have been a few BrewDog beers in it”. Basically they take the money, don’t ship and then when they do ship the wrong beers. NEVER EVER USE OR TRUST.

Worst experience I have ever had with on-line shopping. Still ongoing as had to get PayPal involved . Goods are not sent in a timely manner. They have the cheek to send me an email requesting a review but failed to communicate with me or respond to my emails.

Order placed and paid no problem Sunday 19th November, expected an update regarding shipping and received nothing for several days. Sent an email via the website contact form, no reply, sent a separate email to the address listed on the website....no reply, sent another 2 emails to each of those addresses....no reply- called Friday 23rd Nov, was told delivery be Fri or Sat, no delivery. Called Monday 26 Nov AM, told delivery be out today, no delivery. Still no response to emails, no follow up calls and no delivery at close of business Monday 26th.

Disappointed not to get my beer in bottles as ordered. I was contacted to ask if I minded waiting a bit to get my order otherwise could be supplied in cans immediately. I stated I was happy to wait however my beer arrived a few days later in cans with no explanation. I would have ordered elsewhere if I'd known. ☹☹

I was told that the beer I ordered was out of stock, but that I would get it next week. Next week came, and again I am told that the beer is still out of stock, and that I will definitely get it the week after. Next week, its a repeat of the same thing, despite me telling them that I absolutely needed the beer by that date and that they should tell me so that I can make alternate arrangements.

Parcel didn't arrive, had no further corrospondace other than order confirmation. Called 5 days after order and left a voicemail, got a text (unprofessional, should have had a call) with an apology asking if I wanted replacement or refund. This was a Mother's Day gift, requested replacement, was told this would arrive on Wednesday, arrived Thursday! My mum got her gift 4 days after Mother's Day even though I ordered it 7 days in advance! Won't use beer hunter again.

Hi Danielle, I am sorry you are not happy with your order. The order was sent out in good time from us, unfortunately this was lost within the couriers network system. We would normally have to start a claim with the courier for them to locate the goods and either send out to you or send back to here but we have to allow 7 days for this to be completed. Rather than waiting 7 days I arranged for a new parcel to be sent out the next day for you. I apologies for sending the text but I was not in the office at the time and was unable to call so thought rather than not replying for a day, a text would be sufficient. Order for a NYE party in Edinburgh arrived 4 days after I was assured it would. By that time I was already on my way back to Leeds. Total pantomime trying to get the beer sent back to them. No offer of any compensation despite massive hassle and no beer for NYE!
