The package did not arrive. Was due on the 18th Jan and its now the 20th. So no birthday present for my brother. Where is it?

Hi Gavin, I have tracked your order, this was dispatched from us on the 16th January, the day after you placed your order and is showing as being delivered on 17th January. We do advise that all delivers can take up to 5 working days to be received but we did delivery this earlier than this. The parcel was delivered by Parcel Force and is showing as being signed for. When my parcel was delivered, the beer glass inside was broken and the box outside had been disfigured. Really disappointing as this was a Christmas Present for my older brother. Also very dangerous as I almost cut my hand open when opening up the box because of the broken glass. Please ensure you package your items more robustly (and with more padding such as bubble wrap) to stop such a delicate item getting broken. I am inclined to ask for a refund as I had to buy my brother another Christmas present because I did not feel happy presenting him with such a mess. I have taken photos as evidence if you so require. Hi Sarah I am sorry to hear that your parcel arrived damaged. Unfortunately this is the first I have heard about this problem so I have not been able to resolve this sooner for you. Missing items out of the order, spoke with "customer services" who have tried to put it right but still missing part of my order. Basically I have paid £38.45 for a standard bottle of Hendricks Gin and a tacky cardboard box. Will not be using Beer Hunter again.

Hi Jim I am sorry you are not happy with your order, As soon as you notified my colleague of the issue with the original order I sent out the missing items immediately which arrived and were signed for. My product never arrived. I had a confirmation email to say it had been delivered which was incorrect. I tried to call customer service and every time it said noone was available, I tried to email and the message bounced back. I then I got this email to ask me for a review?! Finally managed to get through to someone via the sales number instead, they were helpful on the phone and said they would investigate - but I still dont know what happened to the parcel, other than it is lost. I was told another one would be posted to me to arrive Thursday morning and guess what, nothing has arrived, and I am £65 out of pocket! I'm too cross and dissapointed to put into words, I want my product to arrive and I want a full refund. This was for a gift that I wanted to give today.

Good Afternoon, Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you have experienced, I will be looking into the issues with you being able to contact us directly. With regards to your order, I understand that the original parcel was lost within the couriers network and I am trying to rectify this, a new parcel was dispatched to you as soon as I was aware of the issue and is due to be received tomorrow, I will be personally tracking this with them to ensure there are no further issues.

Hi Barbara, Apologies for the delay with your order. The courier company we currently use had difficulties in locating your property, therefore this was returned back to us. I have arranged for this to be dispatched again today and have provided extra delivery instructions as per your email.
