I ordered my friend a Birthday Present off Beer-Hunter and paid extra for next day delivery. That was due to arrive on September 17th. It is now September 28th and as well has having not yet received the delivery, I have been offered the chance to write a review. Awful service! 1/10.

Good Morning Anthony, I am sorry for the delay in you receiving your order. I have been sending email updates to you since the 18th September, as the item you ordered was out of stock. I tried to call, however the number on your order is not recognised. I have sent a new email over to you this morning. If you would like to call the office we can discuss further. Placed an order on the 18th September, it's now the 25th September and I'm still waiting for it. I've contacted customer service twice and both times I was assured that they would look into it and get straight back to me. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

Ordered two cases. One arrived one week after ordering. Second broke in transit, and two weeks later I am still waiting for my order as delivery is continually delayed. Emails ignored, ended up calling, shame as was suppose to be for a present.

I chose next day delivery on Saturday but my order didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The cans didn’t open properly and I have to cut one open with a knife. Friends have had similar problems with the company. Definitely shop elsewhere.

Will not use again , due to very poor and unreliable carrier . Purchased the beer for some friends paid for next day delivery , the delivery actually took 4 days after we had contacted the carrier twice .

Order was days later than led to believe at time of order. Order arrived with missing items! No reply to email. No answer on the phone for the last 2 days - just a standard impersonal "no one is available to take your call" after only 1 ring so clearly avoiding calls altogether. I don't want to leave a voicemail - I want to speak to a human. It seems your communication is better on here so that's why I have resorted to this. Really really poor customer service.

I ordered on Friday with next day delivery. Ok maybe they are not working on weekends ( I don’t know how can afford any company working only Monday to Friday in 2020 ), they received my order on Monday. Sent back a message my package is coming on Wednesday. Ok but why they offer a next day delivery ( and the most important question why they charge an extra delivery fee ) if they are not doing next day delivery. Not satisfied and not recommended.

I placed my order on Thursday for next day delivery. It didn’t arrive until the Monday! I may have been a little late for Friday but would have hope it would have turned up Saturday not impressed

Hi Lewis I am sorry to hear your parcel was not delivered next day, once the parcel has left our warehouse we have every faith it will be delivered within the timescale, however in these unprecedented times delivery services have experienced some delays. We apologise on their behalf

Second time in a row ordered same product but again order cancelled. Just pull it from dale if you haven’t got it. Won’t use again

I have never left a review for any company before but have been so incensed by Beer Hunter's appalling service I felt the need to post something. I placed 12 orders with them last week and stressed that this was for a special celebration and the orders needed to arrive on the 10th June. Despite loads of phone calls & emails chasing to see where the orders are, they have failed to respond. Save yourselves loads of frustration and disappointment

Ordered and they said they had dispatched to Royal Mail. I tracked it and Royal Mail never received it. BH offered a refund but no explanation as to what went wrong. After 5 days no refund so had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Then got the refund the following morning Quick to take your money but not quick to return it When there’s a problem Would never use again!

I ordered a Rochefort Gift set, it arrived with a broken glass, I wrote to advise this. A week later I was asked for a photograph of the damage and explained that I had thrown it and the box which was full of shards away. I heard nothing in response.

Ordered two weeks ago via amazon. Received shipping notification a week later. Parcel has never been handed to Royal Mail despite the tracking number. Not received order, out of pocket and they do not reply to emails. Avoid.

Similar to the previous poster - Would not recommend at all. I placed an order a week ago, and while the payment was instantly processed, I didn’t receive any receipt or confirmation from the company, worryingly. Given the current Covid-19 delays/issues, I left it a few days to see if I would get any communication or if the gift would ship. 5 dats later, still nothing - so I had to chase it up myself. Eventually, I got a response about website issues. However, clearly from the reviews here, this has happened before. I eventually got my money back but have missed the birthday that this was a gift for. I’d be very wary!

I placed an order over £60 on 04/04/20, but never received a confirmation email. I have tried to contact them by phone and email and still no response. They have taken my money and now I have to hope they will ship my order in due course. I do understand the situation we are in at the moment but to be left without even knowing you have received my order is unacceptable !
