“What is going on BELLAMI? The quality of the hair has changed so much, l used to get 6 months of daily wear now the hair tangles and is dull over 2 months even with exceptional care.”

“THE PHOTO OF THE PLATINUM BLONDE SEEMED WHITER. THE CLIP INS HAD A YELLOW COLOR TO IT. THE HAIR IS SOFT AND BEAUTIFUL, BUT COLOR NOT SAME AS PHOTOS. I OPENED THE BOX SO KEPT THEM AS THEY ARE NON RETURNABLE ONCE BOX OPENED. I STILL RECOMMEND BELLAMI HAIR - THEY ARE AWESOME. CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT”

“Better off buying hair from Amazon, this overpriced junk is unwearable. Tangled mess on the first wear. Won’t purchase from this brand again. When I sent an email explaining my frustrations, they didn’t even apologize or try to make it right. Told me I could return the hair if it wasn’t worn, this company has gone downhill FAST”

“I ordered the braided head band...it might be ok if it were the right color but it turned out to be a brassy orange. I can't use it and I don't know if you accept returns. The price plus shipping made it an expensive mistake.”
