“I’ve been purchasing the same Bellami hair extensions for years. I was highly disappointed with my last order. The extensions were extremely thin, so thin that my old set was thicker than my new ones. Extremely disappointed, the prices went up and quality went down, won’t be purchasing again.”

“I love bellami hair it’s what I always ask for when getting my tapes ins, however the clip in extensions not only look a different color when I got them but the quality wasn’t the best. I decided to tone them in purple shampoo and water and it completely ruined the hair. I’ve done the same to the tapes and that never happened. Just very disappointing”

“I’m very disappointed. I’ve ordered butter color one Tone and I’ve received, 2 tones and one of them looks red !!! I could not returned it bc I needed them for travel to Argentina for a wedding and I’ve had to expend extra money to try to fix the color that was not right either ! My experience was awful to be honest and the hair looks so fake !!!”

“The hair itself is good quality, but the color was significantly off compared to the photos online. I was pretty disappointed when I opened the package. I’m still deciding whether to return it or have my stylist try to adjust the color to better match my hair. I’ve worn sew-ins for years and was hoping to give my scalp a break by trying Bellami for special occasions. Based on my experience, I would rate the hair quality a 4, but the color accuracy a 2. Overall, I would give this product a 3 out of 5.”

“Never received my parcel and currently been told it’s been investigated. No refund was provided or anything! Paid over $400 for nothing! And I’ve been a customer for over 5 years with bellami never had this happen”

“I purchased the 20” Bellami silk seam clip ins in caramel latte highlight. The hair is thick, soft and shiny. The clips are easy to apply and blend absolutely seamlessly. I will purchase again!”

“I have been using extensions for the past 10 years. Throughout the years I've tried different brands but have always came back to Bellami when money wasant "tight" . I always considered them to be high quality or the "luxury" hair brand, IMO. However, this recent purchase of my 20" jet black clip ins, has left me quite disappointed. The hair feels like a mixture of synthetic and remy human hair. I thought maybe after a good wash they would feel normal but that was not the case. They tangle real easily,feel plasticy and the ends start to look choppy unless you are constantly brushing them out . I fear they are not worth the price point and this might be my last time buying from Bellami.”

“Honestly, I was so sad and disappointed. I did do the color match. I made sure to get good lighting and a good picture of my hair, but the match was terrible. The hair looked very cheap. I’ve had such a great experience in the past, this made me sad.”

“I think the hair is amazing! I had emailed customer service because I hadn’t gotten the sample weft and was afraid to open the box to look. anyway, we had that sorted quickly, but the amount of hair that was recommended prior to my purchase was too much which was disappointing as it was costly and can’t use all the hair at once and/or return after opened. Then after my purchase that’s when i received a code to save money on it… which is a bit late as i couldn’t use it.”
