“When I first started using Bellami I loved it! But recently the quality has been awful. All the blondes turn brassy and the lowlights fade out very fast. The hair itself feels very dry and breaks easily. I’ve also had two incidences where the wefts become very matted for no reason. Clients are only getting four to six months out of their wefts with proper use. Very disappointing. I’ve stopped selling Bellami because of the quality sadly. I wish the quality was what it used to be.”

“I'm not sure. I'm only at the end of my first go with my infinity sew ins. I'm VERY gentle and cautious with my hair because I'm trying to fill in areas my previous stylist didn't inform me about the damage. I do like these and this method above all else, and I have tried EVERYTHING. I bought the leave-in blending concoction for $40+, it is half full, and it is so watered down that it pours out of the container/tube. HOWEVER, for someone who refuses to use heat on my hair and HAS TO BLOWDRY extensions, the blow dryer IS HEAVEN SENT!! Cut my drying time in half and smoothing out the frizz/mess to smooth straight hair 24+ inches real with one crown of infinity extensions, only took like 2 strokes with my brush and the dryer...what would normally take 90+ mins took 30. No lie. Buy the rose gold w/ the 3 color options....it's the one with the concentrators...turbo power on cold air...it's the cheaper one too....I would not lie!! I'm at least grateful for that, thus far...to be continued....??? Only 5 weeks in...”

“I purchased my first clips ins 10 years ago from bellami and they were amazing my dad bought them for my birthday day gift they were thick silky and lasted long..as I still continued it seems they haven't been the same they seem thinner and I've spent as a single mom well over 5,000$ on extensions which is a pocket breaker for me ..I don't make much and my I have a health conditin that my hair is thinning more and more and this last set I was super to excited but quickly got disappointed. I wore them at most for 3 weeks off and on and by the 4th week they were about 12 inches long not 20" ..super thin...and kept tangling on me ..spent 150$ on expensive products ..used the correct shampoo and conditioner ..put mask EVERYTHING and now my own hair is thinner than ever an my extensions aren't even able to wear. I'm so sad all the money I've wasted and I do all the correct steps I treat them like a baby ;) bc I want them to last but sadly these didn't . I miss how beautiful my first purchase of clip ins were 10 years ago and about 60$ bucks cheaper :(”

“We have experience discoloration and hair turning green with multiple clients, we could try blame the water but these clients live in different locaions and use all salon products. We were pretty shocked as we hold bellami at the highest quality and did not expect this as we sell the hair as luxury quality to clients.”
