“Ordered on March 22, paid $80 in additional fees and duties to fedex, and it’s still not arrived. Super lame. Can’t comment on the extensions I have no faith they are actually coming, it’s been a month.”

“Unfortunately, my experience with you wasn't the best. I ordered my extensions well in advance for a very important event. Not only did they send me the wrong order, they also took so long to send me the ones I ordered. I still don't have them and I've been waiting for three weeks. I also emailed you to ask for express shipping, but you haven't responded. By the time I get them, the event I had planned will have already passed.”

“Ordered my hair 2 weeks ago-they have yet to be shipped. Was told the warehouse is closed and not sure when will be reopened. Yet they took my payment- they’re unable to ship my product. This is unacceptable and I need a refund, as I have ordered extensions elsewhere and am have already received them.”
