“The class was great and I appreciated the way they worked with me. One thing I noticed after the fact was that she taught us the basics and’s everything but she never went back in to tell us the correct way it was done when you aren’t scrunching for time. I know we only had 2 days and I got enough out of it that I think I’ll be okay.”

“Product is great, the inability to ship on the weekends is why the score is lowered. My last two purchases did not make it in time for my clients needs. Bellami offers 2-day shipping, but technically does not. If ordered on Friday- the item is never available for monday. My feedback is promote 2-day shipping Monday through thursday, or have someone in on Saturday morning to fulfill friday orders. Thank you.”

“I love finally being able to have long hair. At first my stylist had me buy from another which was aweful wasted a lot of money. Went to different stylist who uses bellami from sept 2023 until now I have been buying and will continue to so.”

“I absolutely loved my associate that helped me, she answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) and made sure to guide me to the proper choice for my client. I also received my order very quickly and was very satisfied with the professionalism. I was disappointed, however, in the quality of the weft I received. It has been shedding non stop and I’ve had several complaints from my client. I would be unlikely to purchase this weft again. I tried to attach photos but it wouldn’t let me”

“Color was not as described or depicted online. I couldn’t see the full color of the weft until it was removed from packaging . However, after removing from the package there are no returns.”

“The ends are extremely thin and they don’t work with my hair at all. I’ve had extensions from other brands at the same length and these just didn’t blend in with my hair.”

“I like the new infinity wefts- I wish the flex weft were better. You obviously know how to manufacture the hair without the return mustache, it's a bummer you chose not to do that for both of the new products.”

“A little disappointed about the return hair at the top of the flex weft. Also unfortunately I ordered the wrong blonde and opened the box so I can’t exchange it.”

“Hair quality has gone down. Quit selling to clients or those not licensed. It brings down the professionalism in our industry. Only certified and licensed stylists should be allowed to purchase.”
