Save your money Bensons for Beds latest scam is when you place your order online they are keeping your money, they didn't even issue a confirmation order email or a delivery date. Their internet sales nor their customer service departments are answering the phone or replying to emails, so the quickest way to get a refund is through a chargeback with your bank.

Absolutely terrible. No integrity and customer service advisers who have no idea what they are doing. I've been hung up on after waiting 1hr on hold for someone to answer the phone. The returns process is a sham, they are refusing to put in place the process which allows the delivery company to pick up items that were delivered damaged beyond use. Don't use this company at all. They aren't worth the headache.

Had bed delivered in may with faulty headboard now awaiting new head board which they tell me is in the distribution centre and they cannot tell me when im likely to recieve it ive sent emails but they dont respond ive rang numerous times i just seem to be chasing them all the time but getting nowhere theyve had my money i wouldnt reccomend this company at all

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They reply to emails after 3 or 4 weeks. They were supposed to be delivering a bed tomorrow and they have cancelled because apparently the bed is in the wrong depot, they have provided no alternative delivery date and I have no where to sleep. Honestly they are the worst. Never ever buy a bed from this company. They are extremely unreliable.

5star service by Jack in your Mariners Way branch this morning. Very informative knew his product. Smiley friendly service not at all pushy. I will wait delivery of the new bed and have a good night's sleep 😴

Placed an order for a bed on 02 May and was given a delivery date of 02 June, on the 01 June I got a text to say that delivery date was given in error and my bed will be delivered mid July. So my adult daughter has a few more weeks of sleeping on the couch. Had they have been honest about delivery dates I would not have bought from them, I would have bought a bed from wayfair.

Website allows you to place orders for items that aren't in stock with no notice of what is or isn't in stock, stating on ALL orders that there is a 6-10 week waiting time, only to receive a confirmation email later stating - "31/05/2050", which means it isn't in stock, however they have happily taken the money, which I can not cancel or get refunded back to me. No phone calls or emails answered, and nothing through paypal. Tried various avenues for communication with no response.

Dreadful company can not communicate with anyone there, just going round in circles in the phone. Ordered a bed 3 months ago still no word. Numerous emails unanswered. Cannot even get a refund although they give you a phone number for refunds no one picks up it just goes on and on. I will never order anything from them again shamefully!

Disgraceful customer service it's a joke...ordered 9th march due for delivery week of lockdown we know everywhere shut down. . But we have to keep chasing them for an update. Can't get through on phone ...the only time we get a response is by putting a review on line.... its now 15th June all shops are now open

Never ever make a mistake to order from benson they delivered a horrible faulty mattress for £719 and delivered during lockdown now they say they can not collect it and waiting fir govt guidlines And i should not waste my Time by calling them it’s extremely disgusting company with pathetic customer service

Absolutely shocking service ordered my beds 1 months ago.2 days until supposedly delivery date I spend most of my time on the phone trying to talk to someone as I get conflicting information from every customer service agent I speak to.I continuously tell them I have multiple sclerosis and cannot sleep on the floor for much longer. Cancel my beds ordered with another company and received within a week still waiting for my money back do not order from this company.

Awful customer service! Ordered a mattress online 24/5/20 and was told 7-28 days. Iv since been told it will be 67 days. I’ve emailed them 3 times and had no response and rang countless times to be told they are not dealing with an queries at the moment! I am expecting a baby any time now!

Same as everybody else. Lies followed by communication silence. Had my money, i haven't had a bloody thing from them, even an email. Shambolic and i don't have a bed.

Pretty much the same as all the other reviews posted on this site. Bed was due to be delivered in March - never came and no communication from company. So the round trip of 300 miles to the delivery address was a waste of time. I appreciate the difficult period everyone has had to endure so I waited patiently until Mid May. Countless phone calls and no answer, I have now sent 2 emails and no response to date. Money has been taken to the tune of £885 and nothing to show for it! Appalling customer service and non existent communication!

Appalling service from the start sold the wrong bed, and then had to wait 40 nights in agony, with some stupid policy they have, ordered new mattress, which they cancelled 4 days before delivery date, then no communication about what is happening, trying to speak or email them is impossible.

Ordered bed in March, still have no bed. I've tried to cancel my order however trying to speak to someone is impossible, I keep getting automated replies. Disgusting customer service. They took my money quick enough however giving it back is so difficult. I will never use this company again

I ordered my bed earlier this year, part of which has been delivered however, I am still awaiting delivery of my bed and wardrobe. I appreciated the updates via email and with lockdown expected delays to deliveries. I also had phone calls advising me of this. However during this time I have sold my house and am in the process of moving to a new address - I am currently at a temporary address until my new build property is finished. I emailed Bensons to advise of this and got an automatic reply saying they will acknowledge in 10 days. Which again is fine as it is unlikely I will be moved until the end of June. However, 2 days later I get an email stating the bed will be delivered to my old address on the 9th of June. I no longer live there so I called the number given to advise of this and every option it takes you to cuts you off saying they are not taking calls other than the new business line for new orders which has a 67 minute wait. I have had no reply to my email and of course the 9th of June is within 10 days so even if I email as everything is suggesting I won’t get a reply before it is delivered to my old address. I am at a loss as to what to do other than keep trying to call and stay on hold. Terrible customer service when I actually need it!

Disgusting service. Charging me 20% for a refund for a bed that didn’t fit up the stairs. Told it was my fault but I was told the bed would need assembling due to been an ottoman bed so paid £20 for assembly. At no time in store were the terms and conditions pointed out to me. Shame they aren’t printed on the receipt. Just another way of getting money out of you. Will never shop there again. And their drivers don’t wear ppe when coming into your house even though I was told they would.
