“I experienced some trouble placing my order because of card detail, the company responded immediately and I received my order promptly. The pics were very pleasing. Lovely quality”

“Perfect customer care was achieved when I contacted them with a picture of the print that was hanging up in the ward my daughter was born in, within a few quick messages they had sifted through old stock and managed to find the canvas to recreate the picture and gave us another special moment when I was able to present my wife with the exact replica. Spot on thanks!”

“Ordered item for gift and although it was damaged on arrival, this was no fault of Bertie & Jack as it was packaged well. Quick response to order a replacement which they processed quickly. Very happy with the Customer Service received. Have ordered before and will order again”

“First saw these when I was on holiday in Bath but didn’t have room to travel back with one. Kept thinking about how gorgeous they were so finally (during lockdown) treated myself. The ordering was really easy and it arrived very quickly. My flock of birds now has pride of place in my living room. Simple gorgeous.”
