“We love our picture from Bertie & Jack. The website was simple to use and packaged well for shipment. My only reason for 4* not 5* is that I felt £45 was too much and that the code for 35% discount made it in line with how much I feel they should sell for usually.”

“I love Bertie and Jack pictures they are so unusual with a good selection . However I had to return my order as my personal greeting was incorrect . The picture was returned corrected and a £5 refund made to me for postage but the delay meant that the gift was late but still loved .”

“An easy to use website with lots of lovely options for personalisation. Beautiful product created to our options. It's a bit of a shame 'Bertie and Jack' is on the picture in the same writing/font as our chosen message. I feel the bottom left is the best place for the personalised message and the brand could have appeared somewhere else is slightly smaller letters. That aside, it's a lovely engagement present for my daughter.”

“Love these pictures and they make a lovely present for somebody. First saw these on a trip to Bath and purchased a couple and have since purchased a couple more from the website, which is very easy to do. Will definitely use again”

“We really liked our Happy Family picture when it came but it wasn’t quite as expected. The pattern was not what we thought we had picked. It looked much different to what was shown on the online picture. We believe this is because it is quite a reflective pattern and therefore the image would never be able to show the true nature of pattern.”

“A different idea for a gift. Quality of the product is good. However they are limiting themselves to only sending to Europe. I wanted them to send to Australia, I would have gladly paid for postage.”

Thanks for the review Tim. We are continually looking for ways to deliver our artworks further afield, but often come up against prohibitive delivery costs due to the nature and size of the products. We will continue to investigate possibilities though - we'd love nothing more than to be able to send an artwork to Australia for you!

“My purchase is for a Christmas gift, so hope the recipients will like it as I do. Unfortunately the mount has a slight mark on it, possibly a pencil mark. As it’s a gift I contacted “Bertie & Jack” and they responded very quickly with the offer of a new mount for me to change. Hopefully when it arrives it will be easy to do. Had it not been a gift I wouldn’t have bothered complaining. The product is very nicely packaged and courier excellent. This this is a unique gift and website offers a really good variety.”

“Another lovely picture. We already have two and adore them so much we bought one for a friend as a birthday present. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately the item arrived damaged in the post, as it was a gift we didn't have time to get it exchanged (I'm sure bertie and jack would have replaced it) Bertie and Jack, please consider better packaging for these beautiful items!”
