I really like my elly family picture, my only gripe is the frames are so expensive so had to buy without and look in my local frame shop.

Thanks for the review Louise. You are right, our frames are slightly pricier than elsewhere, but we made a decision to stick with the best of British and source all our fames here in the UK. We hope you find a nice frame locally.

Good quality however delivery was changed as it did not get to DPD in time therefore I had to rearrange again!

Thanks so much for the review. We're really sorry for the confusion with the courier. They failed to collect from our studio, so we had to re-arrange collection for delivery. We have raised this issue with them and are so sorry for the initial delay. Best wishes, Bertie & Jack.

Ordered a cushion for a house warming present and although delivery was delayed, the cushion arrived and is a perfect present for my son and his girlfriend. Good quality and tasteful fabric. Thank you.

Loved the experience when buying a picture from your stall in Bath. The lady is so lovely, helpful and accommodating to changing to suit. Online ordering was nothing like it. Website not user friendly and felt a pain when trying to find suitable pattern/colour samples ????

Hi Clare, Thanks for supplying some really useful feedback. It's always really important to us that the experience of shopping at our market stall and the website marries up. I've looked into your most recent order and I think the difficulty came because the website does not for allow multiple prints to be used behind the one cut-out which meant that we had to create your order via email and send several images of the cut-out prior to dispatch in order to hit upon the perfect combination. We do hope that the finished article was worth the wait and that the flash sale discount helped to soften the blow. Best wishes, Ellen

Great design, easy to order online and very fast delivery. However I am not convinced of the value for money.

We're sorry to hear that you don't feel our artworks reflect value for money and would really appreciate any feedback you can give on how we can offer better value for money. When we began producing Bertie & Jack artworks, we made a conscious decision to work with UK producers. While our artworks can always be made cheaper further afield, we feel proud to work in partnership with other UK businesses to produce quality products.

Hi, I ordered from Bertie and jack as a gift but it didn't arrive due to a courier problem. However staff were very helpful and quick to respond once they were aware of this. Excellent customer service particularly from Rebecca

Lovely design & service, wasn't expecting message to be on the front though so was a little disappointed as the overall look wasn't as 'clean/clear' as I'd hoped.

Bertie and Jacks was as described and their pictures and designs are lovely and our granddaughter is delighted with her birthday present. Unfortunately the purchase was let down by the delivery which arrived after her birthday because the carrier couldn't find our address!! We will certainly use Bertie and Jacks again - just leave plenty of time for delivery.

We're so pleased your granddaughter is delighted with her artwork and are sorry that the artwork was not with her on her birthday. All of our artworks - each of which are individual and unique as a result - are made to order. So, we do say on our website that from order to delivery usually takes 7-10 days which was the case with your order.

The products are inspired and high quality as always. I am however, a little disappointed that nobody has returned my email about the loyalty card system. I have two cards that have been stamped several times over the years I have been buying prints from B and J and was hoping I could earn two more from my recent purchases. If this system is no longer running, could you reply and let me know and I won't ask again!

Thanks for your message Kate and kind words about our artwork. With regards to your loyalty card query, Ellen from our customer service team replied to your email on the 4th May - sounds like it may have gone to your spam/junk folder? I've copied and pasted Ellen's message below: "We do absolutely still run our loyalty card scheme and customers qualify for a free mini-framed artwork after they have bought 5 Bertie & Jack artworks. If you could post your loyalty card to Bertie & Jack, 6-8 Cotterell Court, Monmouth Place, Bath, BA1 2NP, we can update the card. If you think that you will qualify for a free mini-framed artwork and would like to order straight away, let me know and I can organise for this to be dispatched along with your other artworks." Hope this helps and sorry the message didn't end up when it should of. We pride ourselves on our customer service and always want to look after our loyal customers in every way we can. Very happy with the lovely product, it would have been better if it arrived on the day it said it would. It's was a good few days late which was dissapointing as it was a birthday present that never arrived on their special day.

Hi Donna, Thanks for your kind words about our artwork. So sorry to hear that the order didn't arrive in time for the birthday. As we are always super keen to ensure we offer the best service possible, I've looked into your order and see it was placed on the 20th April and our courier tracking site says it was delivered on 28th April. We mention on our website and order confirmation email that orders arrive within 7-10 working days - so looks like we got it out to you ok, but perhaps the courier company failed us and delivered later than the 28th? If this is the case, let me know and I'll look into further. We pride ourselves on our levels of customer service and never want a customer to (ever) feel disappointed.
