“The website was nice and easy to use. Got my purchase very quickly but didn’t like it, I was looking for a handbag and liked many of your styles but they were all too large. Why do all bags have to be so big...not everyone wants these big bags”

“I ordered this top based on the sizing of a previous top I had ordered from the same company. The two tops have a similar style. This top ran much larger so I started with a large and had to return it twice to find the right fit. I was extremely pleased with the customer service. The exchanges were made quickly and postage paid by BBB. I didn't give 5 stars because the sizing was inconsistent. The top I'm keeping has very tight elastic on the bell sleeves. I haven't worn it yet but I'm afraid it's going to be uncomfortably tight. I chose not to send it back as I like it and the rest of the fit is good. BBB is a super company to work with and I will order from them again.”

“I did the "grab bag" and was pleased with the fit of all 3 items. I was expecting more summery items (end of season clearance), but everything was appropriate for fall, and in fact it's still too warm here to wear my new things yet. The pocket on one top was awkwardly placed, but that was an easy fix. Overall, I am pleased with these "surprise" items.”

“Fit is good and I found leggings that are long enough for me and are very comfortable. Waiting to get my next order and I hope it gets to me soon. I also like how everything is put together as an outfit and I'm not shopping for other pieces to go with it. Thanks. P.S. Prices are good.”

“I just ordered for the first time and I love my BB set,it looks exactly like it did online. I thought the pricing was fair and I love free shipping. The clothes do seem to run small so I was happy I ordered 1 size up than I usually wear. Can't wait to order another set!”
