I discovered your boutique on Facebook. After checking it out and seeing lots of cute things I decided to take advantage of the grab bag sale. When my shipment finally arrived, I was so sad because I did not like the look or fit of anything. It didn’t even seem like the items I received were what I was seeing on the website. Needless to say, I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I ordered a medium and your stuff runs so so small. I was super disappointed. I am normally between a small and a medium so I ordered the medium and I was so surprised at how small your things run. I was disappointed.

Sorry to see you are disappointed, Karen. We do not see that you reached out for a return label yet. Please know that we do have free shipping both ways if you do need to return an item. You still have a couple days to return, so let us know ASAP. The top that you had ordered does run slightly small, and that is noted in the product description, along with the suggestion of sizing up in this top. We are sorry that you missed this when placing your order. For future reference, although most of our clothes do run true to size, if it runs small or large- that will always be noted in the product description. We want you to love our clothes, so please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

I returned this set as the top & cardi sizes were mislabeled. I ordered a large set. Top fit like XXL & cardi fit like a small. Earrings were cardboard cutouts with a picture poorly glued to it. So disappointed with this set

I have purchased from Betsy Boo for some time. Love their clothes and have always been happy. Returns are another thing. Purchased a shirt that was to small, wanted to return for another size, found out I couldn't do that so I was just going to return. Emailed them 3 times for a return shipping label, never heard from them. Only have 10 days to return, so I guess I have a shirt I can't wear.

Our Customer Service department will be reaching out with a return label so that you can send back the shirt that is too small. Our Customer Service department is always on top of return requests, so in the future, if you don't hear from us, please give us a call. Hi Lynda, We're sorry to see that you were disappointed with your purchase. Both of these dresses were big sellers for us so we are surprised to see that you didn't think the quality was up to par for the $34 you spent for both of them. If you think they are too thin, we would suggest throwing a cute cardigan over them or put a slip or cami underneath for some additional coverage. We do put a description in the product details of what the items are made of and hope this helps you for future purchases.

The clothes are nice but the sizing is off. I’ve bought two complete outfits and one piece will be true to size but the other will be too small. Doesn’t make sense to me. When you order the whole outfit all should be true to the size ordered.

Hi Karen, We're sorry to hear the sizing was off on some of your BBB Sets. We try to be as descriptive as possible in our product descriptions and we do carry a variety of brands and styles. Some of our pieces are intended to be more fitted, some true to size, while others are oversized. We hope that if you find something doesn't fit as expected that you reach out to CustomerService@betsyboos.com to return/exchange for a different size or store credit. We offer FREE shipping if you return the item within 10 days and give you up to 30 days to return any unwashed, unworn items.

Not at all what I expected for the price. I have paid less for better material. The jacket run smaller than usual and probably will give as gift to someone else b/c to big a hassell to send back. The earrings felt like they were made out of paper . The t shirt was ok

We also feel we have a generous return policy compared to other boutiques in that we offer free return shipping within 10 days and send you the label to use along with our 30-day overall return policy for store credit. Loved the look of the Mamacita set, T-shirt cardigan and earring. Received my order but was disappointed with the quality of the T-shirt. It’s pretty thin and cheap material. Sadly I don’t think it’s going to hold up and last.

Hi Ann, Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag purchase. Of course, we think all the items we send out in the grab bags are cute, but not everyone will agree, and that's OK. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love what they get from BBB as such a deep discount. Maybe you'll have better luck picking out your own items from our regular collections. We do hope you give us another try.

I ordered my first BBB set in a medium and it just fits. Also ordered a bunch of tops on the "sale rack" in medium. Some fit right. Some too big. I emailed customer service asking my options. I was willing to mail back and exchange or get store credit. Nope. Customer service stated all sales final on the sale rack.

It looks like you missed our "Sale Rack" notice that states "All Sales Are Final" at the top of the Sale Rack Page. Items that are on the Sale Rack are AMAZING deals that we have minimal quantities of and we are making room for new goodies. Due to this, these items are final sale. We are very upfront about our return policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the checkout page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. This purchase was not up to the standards I have had in the past from BBB. First, it took a long time to get the Christmas themed outfit shipped to me, even though I pre-ordered it. Secondly, I was disappointed in the quality of the shirt. It was overly thin and fit strangely. I do not usually have difficulty with BBB fitting okay. It was too expensive for this quality.

We haven't heard from anyone else that the t-shirts fit strangely, so we are wondering if you had a defective shirt. I ordered over 500 worth clothing form you. The denim was too big and I asked to exchange it. The red sweater ripped at the seam after one wear. It’s frustrating and I wish to return the sweater, as well as the denim for a full return!

The clothes are cute but beware of the terrible return policy! I purchased about $500 worth of clothes and the sizing was way off so had alot of returns. Since you dont get a return credit on your cc but rather a merch credit i had to wait to get my return credit before ordering the correct size. By that time sizes were out and am back in the same vicious circle using the merch credit on reorders. Once i get my merch credit spent i wont purchase from BBB again...or until they correct this archaic return policy.

I got a grab bag bc of the reviews. I was very disappointed in what was sent to me as it is all very dated and not anything I would ever wear. And not returnable. I was aware of the no returns policy so it is what it is. But makes me weary of ordering anything more in the future.

Purchased on 9/14 still haven’t received order...part of the order was NOT pre sale...I still have yet to receive anything. They say shipping in 48hrs...

I ordered an outfit bundle and a jacket. Jacket seems fine, cute but a little cheaply made for the price (unlined, buttons not secure). The bundle included a top which is ok, a bralette that fit very strangely (too big in the cups but too short around the neck and pulls downward), and by far the heaviest earrings I've ever owned. They won't stay in my ears bc they're too heavy for the posts they're on. I could return, but they only offer store credit and I'm not sure I'm ready to try anything else.

The corduroy jacket was one of our most popular jackets and we haven't had any other complaints, so wondering if the loose buttons were a tad defective. We also haven't had anyone mention an odd fit on the bralettes, but glad you pointed that out to us and will take a look at our inventory. While the material was nice, The top was not well cut, the only option was to exchange for store credit instead of a money back return. For the price of the top I would expect refund availability. Also offering model height or garment measurements instead of just a basic size chart would be helpful. Would not recommend buying tops or dresses from this company if you are above 5’8”.
