We're very sorry to hear that your items are fitting too small. This is one of our best selling tops and is typically loose fitting. I'm wondering if we accidentally sent you the wrong size? The earrings could at least be hypoallergenic for the price we pay. Please make a statement on the description to let people know.

We try to be as descriptive as possible when we list our items, but if you ever have questions you can always reach out to us at customerservice@betsyboos.com for additional information. We're sorry that the earrings didn't live up to your expectations and hope that you'll still rock your other items that were included in your set. In the future, you can purchase the items in the set individually, since most of the earrings we carry will not be hypoallergenic.

The things I’ve ordered were not quality material. Jeans were ok, cheap jewelry and thin/cheap clothing. Upon returning, I learned you do not get your money back, you get store credit only. I’ll use it eventually to get money back but really have no desire to order from this store again.

I am 5’ 10” tall and the first outfit ordered was not a good fit (sleeve length). I’m guessing if your tall, this company may not be for you. Since I have to find something else I’m trying again.

Hi Donna, We are sorry to see that the sleeves on your jacket weren't long enough. This was one of our best-selling pieces. If you ever have questions on sizing, you can always reach out to customerservice@betsyboos.com to help with measurements or find the right fit, especially since you are 5"10" and likely have longer arms than most. The quality was lacking compared to the price. Kind of like Forever 21 quality of the top and dollar store quality for the earrings. Super chinsy cami. Concept is great, quality is not. Oh, and they only issue credit in the form of a gift card to Betsy Boo. I was dissppointed in the whole experience. Now I'm stuck with a Betsy Boo credit for cheap looking clothes.

I can't find my right size. Last order shirt was too small, but I decided to keep it because I have sent back so many times. Pieces are either too big or too small. I wish there is a better way to determine the right size.

Quality is terrible. I followed the size chart and the top I ordered is huge. For the price I was very disappointed. Forever 21 tanks are made better and the earrings look like they were purchased at the dollar store. Now I'm stuck with a Betsy Boo credit because they don't give refunds. Buyer beware. Don't be fooled by the reviews like I was.

We're truly sorry that your items didn't live up to your expectations. We do state in the product description how this fit. It is a loose-fitting shirt, so maybe you missed that. Our tanks are also one of our best-selling items and wondering if you got a defective one? You'll find that our return policy is very good compared to other boutique shops. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we are sorry about your experience, but confident you'll be able to find something you love, like so many of our other customers.

I have bought a few things from here. They have all turned out to be poorly stitched. The. Cardigans come unraveled the first time you wash. I bought a turquoise flowered shirt and the stitching came apart. I ordered another one because i really like the fit and it came apart on the first wash also. Navy cardigan the entire neck came unravelled during wash. They said they would e-mail me return slips but it never happened. Very cute things but expect poor quality.

The shirt that I ordered was worn once and then washed and hung up to dry. It shrunk so much that I can not even get it on. Very disappointing.

We're sorry to hear your items didn't fit you. Betsy Boo’s Boutique offers free return shipping if the item is postmarked within 10 days of the date the order was shipped from our warehouse. You also have 30 days to return your merchandise if you choose to. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, and it looks like you can still return your items if you choose to do so. We do put in the product description how it fits. The shirt you ordered is fitted and runs small as described. I ordered a 2X and it was nowhere near the 2X standards. I usually wear an XL to a 1XL so I decided since I couldn't return a grab bag that I would order 1-2 sizes bigger. No chance I was fitting into that tank and sweater! It was more like a bigger medium or a very small large. Very disappointed. I will not order from them again and sadly unsubscribed from their emails.

Nicole, so sorry to hear that you didn't have any luck with the grab bag. I'm hoping we didn't send you the incorrect size, so please make sure you check the tag. Also, the nylon tanks are a one size fits all (we have both regular and plus size tanks) and are meant to be a layering item. The cardigans are also intended to be worn open and are one of our best selling items. I had ordered the grab bag. I was very disappointed in the quality of the shirt (thin and see through). The scarf and earrings were not what I was expecting. Overall, the grab bag seemed to be a bag of leftover stuff thrown together from whatever was leftover or no one wanted.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag. Grab bags are meant to be a potpourri of things. We aren't sure what you were expecting. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. With some of our shirts we suggest wearing a nylon tank under them for additional coverage if you aren't comfortable with the material. We do hope you give us another chance!

I ordered a grab bag and was so excited to get it. It was my first purchase from this site... I ordered an xxl and every items I received were so much smaller. In no way was that correct sizing! I'm so mad that I wasted my money and can't even exchange it for something that will actually fit.

Ashlie...Sorry if you missed our size chart: Small 2/4, Medium 6/8, Large 10/12, XL 14/16, XXL 18, XXXL 20. We are also very sorry if you missed that the grab bags are sales final, as they are deeply discounted items.

Ordered a BBB set grab bag size XL and the tank top says one size and I can not even try it on, it is so small and tight. I was so excited to see what I would be getting but now I’m so upset that I can’t even see if I like it.

We're wondering if we sent you the wrong size tank. :( We do have 2 different sizes and could certainly send you a larger size, if we sent the regular size initially. I love the scarf and earrings, the leggings are like tights material and did not fit. Neither did the tunic. But those are not reasons why I am unhappy. I am giving a bad review because I have sent in two emails about getting a return label and have not received any communication back...very disappointed.

First order from BBB was received and one of my tops has a hole in the neckline. Pretty disappointed if this is the quality of their products. I hope they hold up once they are washed and dried a few times! Waiting to see how they handle replacing my blouse.

It looks like you sent us an email on Saturday and we responded on Monday morning during our normal business hours. We haven't heard back from you, so you may want to check your spam folder. We're sorry to hear that you didn't like the quality of the items you purchased. We clearly state in the product description if the item is imported. Most of our items do come from the USA, but it turns out the pieces you ordered were from China (imported). You must have missed the return policy link that we have on each page of our website as well as the printed copy that came with your order. You'll find that our return policy is very good compared to other boutique shops. If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse and we'd be happy to give you store credit to find something made in the USA, if that is your preference.

I have order from you numerous times and been extremely happy and sharing your site with friends! I ordered 2 of your surprise bags and my disappointment doesn't even begin to express my thoughts on this order. Only one item would fit and it was like a 2xl! The other remaining items nothing fit as a large they would maybe fit a person who wears a small/medium. I contacted your customer service and was told they could not be returned so I had to give the items to goodwill! I have since unsubscribed to your site and no longer follow you on facebook.
