I ordered 2 tops and chose my size according tot he recommended guidelines. The top that came as a set is just a flimsy, low quality rag and I'm sure it will not hold up to washing. The second top is cute but it is huge. Plus it was on sale and can't be retuned. My first BB experience will be my last due to the lack of quality, inconsistency of sizing and very poor return policy

We looked at your order and it doesn't look like you bought anything on sale, so all the unworn, unwashed items can be returned for store credit, since you are still within the 30 days per our return policy. You can simply reach out to our customer service department and they can help you with that return, if you choose to do so. Please let us know if you have other concerns.

Gosh, we're sorry your item didn't fit like you wanted. Merchandise may be returned for store credit (via emailed gift card code) within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. All you need to do is reach out to our customer service department and we'd be happy to help you arrange a return.

No where on the receipts does it have the return policy. When I sent the email about returning the shirt I was told that I missed the 10 day free return deadline. Well guess what I emailed you on the 10th day asking about returning it but you did respond to me with the return policy till the 11th day. Go figure.

I wanted to love this because I like that they have sets that match the earings are two different sizes and cheaply made I would return the set because I was not impressed with the quality over all but all I can get is a store credit. I would not order the jewelry component again for sure it was not worth the money

As much as I wanted to say that I loved the necklace, it arrived completely bent (assume from the way it was packaged), and I have been unable to fix it. Looks like it would have been great otherwise

My first order the sizes did not fit. I am a size 12 and I feel the large sizes are more small/mediums. I understand this is a boutique and meant for smaller people but I thought the clothes were super cute so I wanted to try it. I made the mistake of not reading the fine print and did not know I could not get a refund. So I am trying to spend the gift card of $142 and find something. I placed another order for jewelry and a shirt and it never arrived. I have been told to wait till the 21st and they will send out again. Customer Service is awesome always responding quickly and I am sure this is a great place for small sized people. I am told clothes come in bigger sizes but most that I like do not come in a size larger than L and most times your out of the L. Again I am sure very good company and adorable stuff just not the right one for me.

I loved the shirts I ordered, however, the black sandals with gold sparkle are not holding up. I wore them once and the sparkle rubber piece has come off and is flapping in the ground

I ordered 2 shirts and neither fit they are both too big. When I called to request a return label after 2 days of having the shirts I was told it had been more than 10 days., because you start counting days when it ships instead of when the customer receives it. It basically took 9 days for me to get the package anyway. Straight up BS. Plus you only give a store credit. After, I return these shirt and find something I like to spend my credit I will not shop with your store again.

Shelley, We are sorry if you missed our return policy before placing your order. We show that your order placed on April 26th, it shipped on the 27th and we had confirmation of delivery on May 1st. It looks like you then contacted us on May 9th for a return label. Please let us know if that is not correct. We do accept returns within 30 days, we only provide free shipping back within the 10 days. We do hope that you find something that you LOVE with your credit that you have!

The shirt was very thin poorly made fabric. Also the stitching on the collar and shoulder had become undone and there was masking tape holding it together. This tells me that they knew it was messed up and sent it to me damaged anyway. I was very disappointed.

I love the styles. Dealing with some postpartum body issues as of recent and bought a size bigger than usual and the garments were still too small. If I can lose the weight I'll be thrilled to buy some more sets.

Sorry if you had a bad experience. However, we tried looking up your order to see what went wrong, and we do not have a valid order number and your email has never been used to place an order. I live the outfit I ordered, and I received many compliments on it. The quality is not what I would expect for the price. The blouse faded badly on the first wash. Plus, the tank is completely unnecessary, as it doesn't show!

I really liked the 2 outfits that I ordered. However was disappointed when they arrived at the quality of the product. The tank top and sweater were a large but seriously would fit my daughter who is small. Not sure I will wear them. And the sweater was paper thin. Afraid to wash it.

It's rare to see a return policy where you don't get a refund but only a credit, even when returned right away. Ordering online can be unpredictable and it's comforting to know you can return it, if it doesn't fit or it's not as you expected. Now, I have to continually look for something to spend the credit on and hope I like it.

We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the check out page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we do apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something that you LOVE with your store credit.

I have ordered a pair of shoes and a tshirt. Liked them both. But it's disheartening that since then everything, and I mean EVERYTHING that I have liked is no longer available in my size! Even on the day I get an email saying that these sets have just come in today, everything in the large is unavailable. If it's that popular a size, maybe you should order more of those rather than the smaller sizes, which seem to be in abundance.

Christina... Glad to hear you have liked your BBB items! Sorry that you gave us a bad review on the fact that we did not have size options on the things that you like. We have new arrivals come in every day, and being that we are a boutique- we order a limited quantity of our items (we do have to order merchandise in "runs" meaning that we have to get equal smalls, mediums and larges- larges are always the first to sell). We always have ALL SIZES available for 24-48 hours in our new BBB Sets, so not sure if you are just getting to an older email, as all sizes are available. Again, we are sorry to see that you gave us a low review, although you like our merchandise that you have received. We hope that you check back often, as again new arrivals go up daily in all sizes.
