Shipping was slow. The quality of the clothes I received is very poor. I won't be ordering again. Great idea but sell a decent product. Walmart has better quality.

Elizabeth, It looks like you purchased 2 of our BBB Sets, which are pre-orders and have delayed shipping, as stated in the product description. You may have missed that on your initial purchase. We're sorry that items didn't live up to your expectations. We do have a lot of people that feel the quality is great compared to the price they pay. Hi Natalie, Thanks for your feedback. It does look like you ordered one of the shirts that when they came into our warehouse were more fitted than we anticipated. We do hope you reached out to customer service for either an exchange or to return your item. We apologize that the sizing wasn't accurate on the piece you ordered and have since updated our product description.

I was disappointed in this purchase. The material was thin and stiff. The sizing was off, I ordered up and it still ran small. It was my first purchase and likely my last.

The sweater I received in the grab bag either had a seam issue or it happened when I wore it. Just wore it Monday for the first time. Disappointed.

So far I have not been happy with the clothing. I sent back two shirts, did not like quality and my grab bag included a pair of pants that looked like a bumble bee!!

We looked at your first order and these two tops (which are the same shirt, just a different color) are one of our very best selling shirts. We're glad you took advantage of our return policy and hope you find something else that you will like better. As for the grab bag, we do have different items in our warehouse that we put into these bags, so you may/may not like all the pieces. Perhaps you could donate what you didn't like. I ordered 2 grab bags. I wasn't as happy with this order as my previous orders. I received my items, and 2 of them were so large on me, (I can't imagine they could actually be my size). They look terrible. I will be immediately donating them. I feel it was an unfortunate waste of money. The other 2 items fit, but I wasn't super excited about ... one was a green scarf, and the other was a multi-color longer sweater/shawl cover up. I know grab bags can be a risk, but I have usually loved my items. This time I bought 2, and it REALLY back fired.

We are truly sorry to see that you were disappointed in your grab bag purchases. We're guessing that you received some of our oversized items, which are on trend at the moment. Of course, we think all the items we send out in the grab bags are cute, but not everyone will agree, and that's OK. We wish you would have loved your items as much as we do and hope that you will continue to purchase from us in the future.

I was very disappointed in my purchase of a bag. It was much smaller than expected. I returned within the allowable time and I have yet to receive a credit. Very disappointed in my experience so far with this company. Purchase was on 8-9-2018

Karen, We are sorry that you were disappointed in your bag. I just looked up your order and it looks like you purchased one of our best selling cross body bags. We do state in the product description that it is 5" (L), 7.5" (H) and 1" (W), so we're not sure what you were expecting. The reason for 2 stars is because of the sizes. You have some really cute clothes but on most items, you only go up to a large. If you started to carry your clothing up to a 2XL you would have more sales and a broader range of customers. Yes, I know you have a “plus” size but again, a lot of your items only go to a size large.

We are sorry to see your review of our company. We strive to make everyone happy and do try to get plus sizes in most of our items. Unfortunately, not all the vendors that we work with carry plus sizes. You are correct, we do have a curvy section on our site that has a wide variety of unique tops, pants, cardigans, tanks, tunics and even BBB Sets. We do hope that you give us another try and can find something you LOVE from that selection.

I very much liked the items I received, however....unfortunately they all ran small and did not fit. As final sale items, I am stuck with them. I did realize they were final sale, but I was not expecting items to run like “juniors” sizes. Not sure this shop will work for me.

Stacy, We are sorry to hear that the items you received didn't live up to your expectations. Since you ordered a grab bag, it is hard for us to tell you the exact fit of each item you received. Usually, our clothing tends to run loose and true to size. We carry what we call "boutique" sizing. We also carry from a lot of different vendors and sizing may differ from item to item. We hope you will give us another chance.

I purchase a pear of wedges and after wearing the for a couple of hours the outsole near the heel started to come off.

Sheree, We're very sorry that you feel the picture didn't reflect the shirt accurately. Once we get the items in our warehouse, we take a picture using our models and don't adjust them in any way. We feel we represent them the best we can. We looked at your order and it doesn't look like you bought anything on sale, so all the unworn, unwashed items can be returned for store credit, since you are still within the 30 days per our return policy. I purchased a pair of white Reba sneakers. When I got them, there were long, lose threads on the inside, as well as excess material that was very scratchy and irritating. The shoes looked like they were unfinished, or like an amateur made them, really. I hate returning things and I liked how they looked, so I decided to remedy these problems with a pair of sissors all the while wondering about the quality. After only four days of normal wear, the sides of the soles are already separating from the shoe, and I noticed some additional loose threads on the outside of the shoe on the sole. I have had better quality from PayLess.

I bought 2 shirts before from their boutique that I liked and fit well so when they did the grab bags I ordered 5 of them which was a huge mistake. The clothes that they sent me were very unflattering and way to big. You could tell it was the clothes that nobody wanted. Out of the 15 items I got I maybe can wear three of them. I also got two of the same shirt when they said that wouldn't happen if you ordered more than one. None of the clothes that I got where the cute clothes from their website. I was very disappointed because I normally never buy things for myself, lesson learned.

All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love what they get from BBB at such a deep discount. We are also sorry that we shipped you two of the same shirt. It looks like you placed 2 different orders for the grab bags, one order for 2 grab bags and one order for 3 grab bags. Since we have several people picking the clothes and shipping them, we bet they both picked the same shirts. We'd be happy to send you a new item to replace one of them. The clothes sent were not the greatest. The worst thing since it was a grab bag, they cannot be returned. Not my preference of choices that were sent.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag purchase. Grab bags are meant to be a variety of items, so we aren't sure what you were expecting. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. We do hope you give us another chance!

They did not send the correct ear rings or tank that was in the picture they sent me two totally different colors o to go under the shirt I also had purchased that they had showed on line as a set.

I ordered the medallion sundress set. I'm disappointed in the color matching of the cardigan. It's gray color looks greenish with the sundress and doesn't coordinate. Also the sizing proportion of the sundress vs the cardigan...the sundress is too big and the cardigan is slightly too small. Makes for an unpleasant look while worn. Love the earrings though.

Maybe one that was off color?? The cardigans are typically worn open and are more fitted. The dress is a free-flowing dress and has a loose fit. However, we want you to love your purchase. Clothes aren't the best quality. Ordered a tank that didn't wash well. Also ordered a dress that the bust was very small but I ordered a larger. Disappointed in the return policy also. I know they tell you that you only get a store credit, but it definitely sucks.

We're truly sorry that your items didn't live up to your expectations. It is loose-fitting, so we wonder if you received a miss-labeled dress. Our tanks are also one of our best-selling items. We do ask that you follow the washing instruction of the tank for best results. In this case, it is hand wash. As for our return policy, we do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is much better than most. We offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we are sorry about your experience, but confident you'll be able to find something you love like so many of our other customers.

The models in the curvy section could at least fit the description of “curvy” so someone who is lager could have a better idea of how the outfits would look on her.

We are sorry to see your review of our company based on photos that we have on our site. We are a small business that just started taking pictures of our products in-house. We use a combination of stock photos (ones we get from our vendors) and our employees/friends for others. While we may not have a "curvy" model now, we do hope to get one someday.
