Order a surprise box. Liked the clothes but all the sizes were not consistent in sizing. 1 Item a tad big. One was a bit snug but it is a tank top so I can wear it under something else. The third item was way toooooo small. Can't return it since it was a surprise box. Waste of money.

This was my first time placing an order and it was not a good one. I bought a pair of beautiful flip flops on clearance and apparently it runs small in size. I was not able to return the pair for a larger pair. I now have a pair of brand new flip flops that I can not wear due to the size being too small.

Hi Nancy, It looks like you reached out to our customer service for a return of the item, but didn't ask for an exchange. In most cases, we have a very limited quantity of sizes on our sale rack and aren't able to do an exchange, but may be able to accommodate on a case by case bases. We state in our policy and on our "Sale Rack" page that all sale items are final sale. We do feel these sandals run true to size, but perhaps they fit your foot differently. We will be reaching out to you via email to see if we can work something out.

Service was good; however fit & quality of the romper was not good. Already donated it! Probably will not order again.

First time I have been really disappointed. I received my item with a tear in the back. I was asked to take a picture of the tear and send it in which I did. Was still asked to send the item back to get a refund which is a huge hassle for me. I don’t live anywhere near a post office or shipping store. I sent back all 3 items. I didn’t care for the earrings but had taken them off the cardboard so really hope I get a full refund.

I loved shopping Betsy Boo’s until I was sent a size small when I ordered an extra large and no one could tell me why . No exchanges so I had to wait until I found something else I liked which took a while . Most of the prettiest garments are for little women . My shopping has drastically decreased .

The store is great but the shirt I bought is terrible. I got a medium and the straps are too far apart. Not only that, it does not stay on my shoulders and I cannot lift my arms to do anything. I'll never wear it sadly.

I have ordered two bbb sets in the last 60 days. One has a hole in the top. Haven’t even worn it yet. Wanted it for a trip I have in 3 days. Another I ordered... cardigan has a hole in the sleeve after one wear.

We are very sorry to hear that your items didn't live up to your expectations. It looks like you received 4 items for under $100, so we're not sure what you consider "pricey", We do carry a variety of brands in our boutique and certainly hope you took advantage of our 30-day return policy and sent back the items that you felt weren't up to par. If you did return your items and received store credit, we are confident that you can find something you love like so many of our BBB customers do.

The outfits are so cute..but after receiving items I was disappointed. Materials used were low quality, the shirt looks like it won’t lhold up to many washings. The tank is one size fits all, which is commu.. but after washing it looks to fit a toddler. lolol

The BBB Set that you purchased was a very popular one and we didn't have any other complaints about the quality of the shirt. We do suggest you follow the care instructions on the label to ensure it washes and wears as intended. Our nylon tanks are one size fits most. We typically send one size for Small-Large and if you order XL or higher, send out our Plus Size nylon tank. They are a great layering piece and are not intended to be worn by themselves. I was not satisfied with order and had difficult time finding a replacement. Finally found something and when I received it the earrings were made out of felt. Seriously, felt.

I am a Boutique shopper, online as well as store front Boutiques. I don't mind spending money on clothing. I feel the prices are very high for the quality of items I received. I had a NYE offer for $30.00 off my order so I thought I would give you a try. My sets where 58 and 68 dollars after discount. The Buffalo plaid heart sweatshirt is cute, but certainly not for the money. The earrings I would be afraid to put in my ears I would compare to Dollar Tree earrings. The tanks well are just tanks. The leopard ots is nice but again not for the price. The concept of offering sets is a great idea but, not sure that I'll order again. Perhaps is its something unique I can't find in stores.

Thanks for your feedback, Cindy. We are sorry to see that our products didn't live up to your expectations. We looked at your order and it looks like you only paid $96 total for 2 complete outfits (6 pieces), which we think is a pretty fair price. We are not a high-end boutique where you will pay hundreds of dollars per item, however, we do think the quality of our products is pretty good and have been told that by numerous customers. You may not agree, and that too is OK. We are glad you gave us a try and if nothing else we hope you find some outfit ideas if you decide not to purchase from us again.

I have purchased in the past. One item ended up pulling and looking raggy after about a month, but I still loved the fit and spent quite a bit on it so I still wear it. I haven't ordered in a long time because XL and larger are not available in the super cute sets that are advertised. The plus size you do have are modelled by non plus size women, making it hard to visualize what it looks like on actual body types.

Thanks for your feedback. It looks like your last purchase from us was in 2014 and since that time we have expanded the number of vendors we use. We want to make sure you are aware that we are an online boutique. This means we carry a limited number of each unique piece. In most cases, we carry sizes from Small to XXXL. Due to the limited quantities that we order, the larger sizes do tend to sell out quickly. You can always sign up for restock notifications, so if we happen to reorder the item, you will be notified via email. We also try to get plus sizes in most of our items but are at the mercy of our vendors and what they offer.

I usually love my orders and was very excited to receive this order. However, it just fits off. I ordered my size and the thing hangs on me like a bag and I could barely get my arms in it. Even my husband told me it looked terrible on me. I'm scared to order more shirts now.

The shirt that you ordered is very loose-fitting, off-shoulder top with a shark bite hemline that is very popular. We haven't had any other complaints on the arms fitting tight, so wondering if you received a defective top. It looks like you are still within the 30 days to return the item for store credit. I wasn't happy with the quality of the last 2 items I received. The pastel striped sweater and the long mustard cardigan were poor quality and I didn't realize 'sale' items are not returnable. I won't buy from the 'sale rack' again.

There haven't been any other complaints regarding the quality of these two items, so we're curious why you thought that. As for the sale rack items, it is indicated across the top of the Sale Rack page that "All sales are final on sales rack items." We apologize that you may have missed that. I ordered a large grab bag. This is the size I normally wear but the shirt was so big, 2 people could fit in it. The 2nd item was a sleeveless shirt that looked like something an 80yr old grandma would wear. The next item was a huge knit scarf. I live in Alabama, not much chance to use it and it was ugly. I know with a grab bag, you are taking a chance but I thought I might be able to use 1 of the items. Oh well. Never again.

Hi Mary, Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag purchase. Grab bags are meant to be a variety of items and not based on specific requests, locations or knowing what recipient will like, so we aren't sure what you were expecting. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. It sounds like grab bags may not be for you, so we hope you give us another chance by picking out your own favorite items from us in the future.

I’ve ordered grab bags before and they reflected what I see on the site. This time I ordered two grab bags and there was nothing in either of them that I will wear. The clothes were not the type of shirts, cardigans, etc. I have come to enjoy from BBB. I may still order things, but not grab bags!

I received my products in a timely matter (about a week) however the quality of the clothing is not what I expected. These clothes are way to expensive for the quality you receive. If I return them it will cost me money and I will only receive a store credit.
