Scam Alert. They took my money but will not send my product. I've sent several messages but they will not respond. Such a scam! Please refund my money!

I placed an order 04.25.2024. As of today, i have received 8 of the 13 items contained in my order. I have emailed, messaged, and called to resolve this issue. No one has responded to my inquiries. BEWARE!

I bought an item that did not fit and they refused to give a refund, only offered a store credit for $22. There is nothing on the site that offers my size and now they want me to buy home decor?! For a company that charges outrageous amounts for single items and surely makes millions per year, it is disgustingly patetic that they they refuse to give a $22 diollar refund!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN TAKING CARE OF UNHAPPY CONSUMERS!!!

Beware before you order that they have a NO refund on return policy and the stipulations for returning make it nearly impossible to get a store credit. I'll never order from them again and will post everywhere for people to beware. With online orders there should always be an easy return/refund policy.

Buyer beware of the return policy and sizing chart. The clothes are irregular and very cheaply made. There are many reviews but they hide them. I let my honest olio. On their clothing site when they asked me to review the item and they never posted it. I will never ever shop here again.

Placed first order and still waiting. My biggest complaint is their website... very cumbersome and difficult to search for specific items. They offered a t shirt sake today for $16 and I put 4 in my cart and could not find coupon code to bring the price down to $16... I even went thru the entire checkout and it never reduced. When you pull up our items in the cart you have to click on them to see what your ordered which is frustrating when having to choose which you really want. Clothes are adorable and can’t wNt until my first orders arrives but probably won’t order again since I like quick and easy browsing and quick checkouts with coupon code readily available. They just lost a sale of 4 T-shirt’s because of it.

I wish I had read the return policy for this store prior to making a purchase. They do not issue refunds. They only give store credit. Terrible policy for an online-only store. I also have NOT received the credit for my return. TERRIBLE.

An order made on 4/29 that had yet to be delivered and their customer service cannot provide any information except for their policy reminders. 4/27 and now 6/12, with no package and what seems to be no package for another long while. If a pre-order is taking that long, why not just ship other 2 items to help balance the wait. They don't care because they already have my money and of course why give it back, only store credit. At this point, why want store credit if I'd still have to wait for them to ship products...if they have it. SO DISAPPOINTED!

We are sorry to hear that your order was not split. It shows on our end that we split and sent it over 2 weeks ago- however, there is no record of it leaving our warehouse either. For that we apologize, as that is not our standard. It looks like we did send a couple emails regarding the delay in the pre-order at the end of May and then again at the beginning on June. Please know that we expedited the two items and it is going out today. We will watch to make sure that it does leave the warehouse. The delayed item should be here next week. Items I got were terrible. I would never wear those clothes sent in. This was a bad idea and I want my money back. I will never recommend to people I know about this site. So not worth it. Very disappointed.

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your $35 BBB Grab Bag. Unfortunately, the grab bags are sale final- as stated on the website. Plus, we see that you used your 10% welcome discount. Wow you got a great deal for $31! If the grab bag was not "your style" maybe you can find someone that would like them.

We are sorry to see that you were disappointed in your grab bag purchase. The items that we have in our grab bag are from our boutique and are deeply discounted. It looks like you paid $35 for 3 items, so we aren't quite how to respond to them being "overpriced". Most people love that they are able to get three items for this price. It sounds like grab bags may not be for you, so we hope you will give us another chance by picking out your own favorite items from us in the future.

I bought the sundown oversized jacket, super cute but didn't realize it's like cat hair and it sheds extremely bad. And the sleeves are oddly short. I had to give it to someone with short arms.

Will not order again. The shirt was the same as the cheaply made ones on amazon. The tank was tiny. Wasn’t long like shown. The scarf was ok but she’d all over the place. Very disappointed.

I just purchased a sweater and tshirt set for the holidays, and the sweater ripped already!! I didn't even get to wear it for the whole day!! I'm so disappointed!!! I'm not a big person so I dont understand why it ripped!! It was not even washed. I wore it tight out if the bag it came in!!!!!!!

I was extremely disappointed! I ordered an XL, the sweater was too small, the t-shirt was way too big and the earrings were such poor quality. For $85 I expected way more! I returned my order, unfortunately when I ordered I did not know that you can not return for a refund, you have to get a gift card to buy something else only. Would have never ordered if I knew that. So not looking forward to having to pick something to replace this order.

We are truly sorry to see that you were disappointed with your purchase. The t-shirt is a unisex shirt and did run a little on the larger side. We would have been happy to exchange that if we have your size in stock. We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the checkout page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we do apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something that you LOVE with your store credit.
