Depending on which experience. I ordered the surprise special and received 2. I could have kept them both but that would not have been right. So I called to tell them they had accidentally sent me two of the same order. The lady on the phone was short and not nice. She did not even thank me for being honest. The clothes they sent in the surprise purchase were nothing I could wear. Pants that fit as super short capris and weird colors.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We are a little confused by your review however, since all your orders this year didn't contain any pants. We also haven't had any "surprise specials". Are you sure this order was from Betsy Boo's Boutique and not another boutique? If you could reach out to us directly we'd be happy to make it right for you, if it did come from our boutique. We just aren't finding anything on our end with this email that would indicate it came from us. Thanks!

We are not even sure how to respond? We do not see an order number on this review, and your email used has never been used to place a BBB order. If you could please give us more information, if you have indeed ordered from us, so we can assist you with what issues you may have had. We strive very hard to make BBB the best online shopping experience!

I placed an order for a set that was $76.00. (The burgundy Thankful top) I wanted to wear for Thanksgiving. I got it 2days ago. Boy was I disappointed! It is very cheaply made. It is not worth $10.00! I never even took the other things out of the bag. Then when I emailed for a return label, I was advised that they only give store credit AND they were going to take the price of the lip gloss off the credit! It was never opened.I am so disappointed in this, why would I want to take a chance on something else. Lesson learned. I will never buy anything else from Betsy Boos!

Judi....We are sorry to see your review of the last order you had placed with BBB. I am not sure why you think it is poorly made- wondering if you had a defect? As the description had stated this was a raw hem. We also hope that you do use your store credit, if you chose to return the item. (again sorry if you missed our return policy- it is linked to every page & sent with your order) It looks like you have ordered before- so you should know that our quality is not what you thought of this set. Let us know if we can send you a return label at no charge.

I am very disappointed I order 475 dollars in merchandise and never received it. But my credit card was charged. I have sent emails and no responses from them. I order from them before and had no problems but not that large of a order.

Ruth... Thank you for your continued business. It looks like we responded to your emails- you may want to check your spam folder? This order that was placed on Oct. 28, contained pre-order items and therefore there is a 1-2 week ship time frame, being that it is a pre-order. We are sorry if you missed that information when you placed your order. Good news is your order shipped last week and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. You can also check this by logging into your BBB online account. Doesn’t offer larger sizes in the cute new releases... plus sizes are NOT FASHIONABLE All tunics...

It doesn't appear that you've ordered from us before, so we want to make sure you aware that we are an online boutique. This means we carry a limited number of each unique piece. In most cases, we carry sizes from Small to XXXL. Due to the limited quantities we order of each item, the larger sizes do tend to sell out quickly. We also try to get plus sizes in most of our items, but are at the mercy of our vendors and what they offer. We do have a curvy section on our site that is not all tunics, but rather a variety of unique tops, pants, cardigans and tanks. Based on this information, we would appreciate it if you would revise your review of our company.

My package arrived with a sticker on it stating "received open and damaged." My gray scarf with fringes was hanging out and very dirty! My black scarf had a snag! I was so upset, instead of returning the package, I'm just not placing anymore orders. Very disappointed.

I didn't read the return policy and had to return all items. Problem is now I have store credit. I'm tall/long torso and the 2 maxi dresses as well as the denim dress look ridiculous because my waist is long. I'm hoping their clothes don't all fit me like this. Just give a refund!!

I honestly do not know how someone fits in the sets with the cardigans. The cardigans run way too small and the tops too big! Then you spend the money and only get a gift card to reorder. You go to reorder and the size you want is gone! I am beginning to believe this site is a big hoax. No wonder "free shipping".

( we are responding with the same message as your previous review- since you reviewed us twice about the same order) We are sorry that your set did not work out to your liking. As, stated the cardigans are a fitted look and look great while worn open with the selected tank under. We are also sorry that you missed our return policy before ordering- which clearly states that returns are for store credit. Please note that there are no restrictions on the gift card credit and it never expires....so we hope that although your first order did not work out- if you follow the size guidelines, you will be able to fall in love when you find something with your credit. And yes...we do offer free shipping, most of our customers love that they never have to pay for shipping.

It took over a month to get my items for a pre-order. I was told that some items were not in since they were sets. They should have sent the items that were in stock at the least. a month is too long for any item order to receive.

This was a blouse with a tank top under a tank and the inside take was not made correctly at all. It was so uneven. One side was longer than the other.

I'm so aggravated with this company. I ordered a BBB set at the beginning of April. Now it's been over a month and I still have no received my item. While it was a pre order it was expected to ship early to mid April, now here I am in may and still haven't received he item and it still hasn't shipped! Will not be ordering ore sale items from them again

We see that part of your order is a pre-order. We did ship out the other items within hours of you placing your order. We are sorry if you missed that that the set you purchased was a pre-order item. We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the check out page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we do apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something that you LOVE with your store credit.

Would never order from you again I ordered size 2x & could hardly fit into of the pieces Except the tunic which fits fine!! The "scarf" is a strip of cloth--not even hemmed Ugly!

one of the tops had a hole in it after the first wash. i am disappointed. it also took a long time to get my order due to scarves. i paid 143 dollars for this order and it wasn't worth what i paid. the clothes made from china always run extremely small too. Therefore i dont think i will be buying from your company any more.

Disappointed. I did not receive my order on time. I ordered it November 28 and received it December 23. And then when I do finally receive it. It wasn't a complete set. I feel I was only given excuses as to why my order was not sent on time and or complete.

My order took a very long time to ship. I was disappointed with the quality and fit and then couldn't get a refund. I do a lot of shopping online & this does not compare well with other sites. I am out $183. Terrible customer service policy
