All the clothes I ordered looked adorable in the pictures but the clothes are thin and cheap material. Not one item fit well at all. Everything was see through or tight or unflattering. I was sent the completely wrong size shoe by 3 sizes too small. I returned everything. And there’s no refunds and shipping back is not convenient at all. I’m going back to stitch fix for sure.

It looks like you purchased two of our more popular BBB Sets, a pair of jeans and our Sondra booties in a size 5.5. For the shoes, the smallest size we offer is a size 5.5, so we aren't sure why you think we sent you 3 sizes too small. Both of these sets contain some of our best-selling items and others love the quality of the shirts. We are also sorry that you somehow missed our return policy. We are very upfront about our policy, as it is found on every page on our website, including the product pages. We are confident that you'll find something else you love with your store credit. This is the second time that I’ve ordered clothing from this company. Both times the quality of the clothing is terrible. The first time I wore one of the shirts, it literally fell apart. Multiple holes formed where their are seams. I still ordered a second time hoping the quality would be better. It’s not. I’m honestly afraid to wear it! I will not order from this company ever again!!

I placed my order on 9/6 and it has still not been filled or shipped. I have emailed their customer service team with no response. So irritated.

I was searching on the internet for cute womens clothing and came across your website. Everything looked so cute so I took my chance and ordered, when I received my items I was stoked to try them on. Unfortunately none of them met my expectations. All of the items were super big, I am disappointed by not being able to return my items for money back considering the sizing. Even with the instore credit I would need the extra small items and you only have a few items in that size. I wish I could get my money back. Cute stuff just way too big

The corduroy jacket I ordered was way too tight in the shoulders and the sleeves too long. I ordered a medium and I am 5'2" and 130 and the purse I ordered was a lot bigger than the picture, it was more of a tote. I returned both items. I won't be ordering again.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed in your purchase. The corduroy jacket was one of our best-selling jackets and we aren't quite sure why it didn't fit you as expected. Perhaps you were sent the wrong size? As for the purse, we do list the dimensions in the product description. We try to give an accurate representation of each of our items in the photos as well, but when putting them in a collage, they may not be representative of the actual size. (Ex. earrings may appear larger so you can see the details, pants may appear shorter to fit in the picture, etc.) We do encourage you to read the product descriptions for additional details. We do hope you reach out to customerservice@betsyboos.com for a return label if you haven't already as we know you'll find something you love with your store credit.

Very Cheaply made clothing and MAKE SURE YOU READ THE RETURN POLICY. They only give store credit.

We're sorry to see that you were disappointed in the quality of your BBB Set. This was a very popular set and we haven't heard from others regarding the quality of this product. We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the checkout page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something with your store credit or donate it to someone who LOVES to shop here.

I will absolutely never purchase from you again. After 2 tries with your merchandise it’s clear the quality is quite poor. I wanted so much to love the cute leggings set I purchased for $85 only to find it was completely see through. You could see the seams and my flesh through it from butt to crotch. No way was I able to wear this item. Customer service refused to refund me even after sending photos showing them. Store credit is not acceptable when your quality is poor. I do not want your items, I want a full refund. Your staff never even replied to my email with photos showing how see through it was. I’m livid having been stolen from by you. You have my $85 and I have nothing. I do not want any other items. I want my money back.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. I do believe that we had responded to your emails, you may want to check your junk folder, as we believe it is very important to respond to everyone. With the pictures that you sent- it seems that you have dark under garments on under the white leggings. Any thing "white" is hard not to be see thru and we suggested that you wear nude under garments. That is also why we have the hoodie included with the set, to "cover things up." Again, we are sorry that you are disappointed and that you missed out return policy prior to placing your order. As we stated in the email, if you would like to return your merchandise, we can send you a return label at no cost and once your items are received back- we can issue you a gift card for the amount.

There's not one item that I liked in my shipment. The quality of the clothing was very poor. I was very disappointed to learn that if i returned any of the items, I would only get a credit. I have zero interest in purchasing anymore items so I'm just taking it as a loss.

Tiffany, We are sorry to see you are disappointed. It looks like you ordered a Chiffon Kimono Set. Wondering if that is not what you intended to order, as the kimono is chiffon and made to be a sheer lightweight kimono. The jumper that goes with it is a soft jersey jumper and is a BBB Best Seller. If you are unhappy, we hope that you return it and pick something else out. We have free shipping both ways within 14 days and I believe that you are within that time-frame. The quality of the clothing alone is not worth it. Some items were very stiff and some paper thin. I got the "be kind" yellow t-shirt with the jacket and although the jacket fits nice, the t-shirt is more like a night gown. The advertised photo shows it being nice and fit, not oversized. I should have reviewed the return policy prior to ordering 4 sets. I'm now stuck with them as you can only return and get a store credit. Why would I want a store credit for clothes that I will not wear. Very dissapointed.

Heather, We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with your order! Although you are personally disappointed with the one set, I hope that you give us another try. The "be kind" shirt is knot tied to the side in the set picture and that is how we think it should be worn to cute it up- as it is a t- shirt. If you do want to return it, your store credit does not expire and is good on any items. Maybe you would like a pair of shoes, or a handbag? Again, we are sorry that you are disappointed.

I ordered a set online that was earrings, a tank and a cardi for $78. I looked on the size chart and placed my order. When it arrived the outfit was definitely for a person 2 sizes smaller than me, so I sent in a return. Then I received an email stating that I had received a gift card for my return. I kindly responded back stating that because I am a plus size lady and that outfit was extremely small and was the biggest size that they carry that I would like a refund to my Paypal. I then received an email back stating that they cannot refund to Paypal. It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life! I have sold items and had people pay by Paypal and have managed to figure out how to return funds. Will NEVER ORDER from this company again.

We're sorry to hear that the BBB Set didn't work out for you. The XL size that you ordered does fit 14/16 and we haven't heard from anyone else that these tanks or cardigans fit small but rather loose. As for receiving store credit, we are very upfront about our return policy and have it on every page of our website, including the checkout page. You'll find that our policy is very good compared to other boutique shops. Most people love receiving the credit, as they get to receive another package from Betsy Boo's Boutique. Ms. Kersey, We have been trying to get in touch with you for the last 3 months. Our records show that you signed up for our BBB Style Box in October and were sent your first box on October 6th. Delivered on the 10th. You had contacted customer service that you did not receive the box. We credited you the $20 styling fee and we were out our merchandise. Cost you nothing. We then sent you a second box on November 10th- also showing that it was delivered. Our records show that from there you never contacted us regarding that box and you never paid for the merchandise that you received. Therefore, we had called and emailed you without a response numerous times. We are sorry to see that you did not receive the second box either, but are wondering why you did not return our messages or reach out to us again. Clothes look very cute in pics. I actually waited for a coupon code to make a purchase due to the outrageous prices. The order took around two weeks to be delivered. The items I purchased looked nothing like the pics, and were definitely not true to size. The large cardigan I purchased showed to be a bit longer in the pics. When I received it I found it to be short and fits my 105 pound 13 year old. I’m 45 and have actual breast’s. Definitely not made for anyone that isn’t built like a teenage boy. Since then, I have found several of the same tops on Amazon for pennies compared to these prices, and free returns and full refund worth Prime! No questions asked. I still have not returned my items. I will never be able to wear any of the items according to their untrue to life size guide. I may just give them all to my daughter. Very displeased and disappointed.

Oh gosh, Stacey, we are very sorry that you were disappointed in your BBB purchase. We typically get very good reviews regarding the quality and price of our clothes. It looks like you purchased two BBB Sets, which are already discounted, along with an additional 30% off, for under $100, plus FREE shipping. Most people would think that is a great deal. We also have a free shipping policy as well as a 30-day return policy and really wish you would have taken advantage of that. As for the fit of the cardigan, this is a more fitted look and usually, these cardigans are not buttoned but rather used as a layering piece. Also, just so you know, we are a small business (less than 10 employees), not a large corporation, and offer exceptional and personal customer service along with items and outfit ideas you can't find everywhere. Loved the purse I got from you, But not real happy with the top I purchased . It was to my understanding that it was a sweat shirt it is not. It’s silky , But that’s fine I sleep in it. Thank you.

Boots are very narrow and very hard on your feet. I am medium width but cannot even put on barefoot. Once foot is it there is no comfort, feels as if you are walking on a piece of wood.

Cheap earrings, the top was made for a really short torso maybe for a 9 year old. The bra was pretty but only material that allows too much nipple show.

As you know, if you are unhappy with your purchase you are able to return it for store credit. After receiving my order and trying everything on I was very dissatisfied and disappointed in the clothing. Sizing, quality, and just in general. I dont think I will making another purchase on the future.

Grab bags are meant to be a variety of items, styles, etc., so we aren't sure what you were expecting. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. We do hope you give us another chance!

Jeans were too small. Per your policy, I sent an email requesting a shipping label to return them free of charge within 10 days. No response. Sent another email. No response. Now I have to pay to ship them back and will only get store credit. Probably should respond before you ask for a review.
