We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the checkout page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something with your store credit or donate it to someone who LOVES to shop here.

Just got my first grab bag from Betsy Boo's Boutique I have to say I am very disappointed. The clothes are good quality but are way out of style more from the 1960s than today. I was very excited to try out something from them and now I’ll never know if this is a place I can shop.( btw they are non-refundable so I can not return them)

Hi Andrea, We are truly sorry to see that you were disappointed in your grab bag purchase. Of course, we think all the items we send out in the grab bags are cute and on trend, but not everyone will agree, and that's OK. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love what they get from BBB at such a deep discount. It might suit you better to try our boutique with an item that you pick out rather than a grab bag for your next purchase. We do hope that you will find a way to ROCK your BBB items and again apologize that the grab bag didn't live up to your expectations.

I ordered a surprise bag but never received it. I got emailed stating it was being delivered but nothing ever showed up at my house. I emailed customer service but was just told to check with my neighbors and mailman which I already did and no one has seen it. Disappointed!

Hi Kelly, We're sorry to see that you still haven't found your package that according to our records was delivered on 9/27. We sent you an email asking you to check with your neighbors and mailman and then didn't hear anything back from you, so we were under the impression that you had found it. I am 54 and the clothing was VERY VERY short! Made for a teenager! Skimpy, short, see through! Extremely unhappy with this box. Have always enjoyed ordering! But this one was definitely not for someone my age. Most items I will never wear! Most of the items I received don’t look anything like any of the items I’ve even seen on the Betsy boo site, Judy extremely dissappointing!!! Waste of money!

For the lighter weight or shorter items, we would suggest wearing a nylon tank underneath. I returned an item and recieved a gift card as the refund which had an expiration date and now that i found something I want I can't use the credit. Very disappointed

Hi Crystel. We are sorry to see that your gift card expired. Good news is, we can reset the expiration date on our end, so you can purchase the new item that you found. The system we use automatically sets an expiration date on all gift cards for one year. Please reach out to us at customerservice@betsyboos.com and we can reset the expiration date or reissue a new card so that you are able to use your credit.

I'm tall...well 5'9" so the pants, jumpers and waisted dresses didn't fit. Unfortunately I didn't read the return policy so now I have over $250 in credit to purchase and jewelry or purses. Pretty pathetic but lesson learned.

I did the grab bag purchase. I will never do that again. What a waiste of money. The otems i recieved are see thru, clearly very dated and ill fitting.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag. We aren't sure what you were expecting, but we get a lot of compliments on our grab bag items. Everything in the grab bags are from our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. With some of our shirts we suggest wearing a nylon tank under them for additional coverage if you aren't comfortable with the material.

Very cheap material on the items, very disappointed. I missed that I could only return for store credit, so am stuck trying to find something that won't appear like it came from the clearance rack.

Waited for the denim blouse to become available for months. The size was ran extremely small. Ordered the large which was equivalent to a small size. I am not a huge person and the sleeves were so tight that they did not fit my arms. I gave the shirt to a friend’s 14 year old skinny daughter rather than mess with a return. I have ordered many things before but am now done with BBB.

Nancy... We are sorry to see your review! You have been such a great customer, we hate to see that one item out of everything you have ever ordered made you give us a bad review. You can return the shirt (free shipping both ways) for store credit and find something else. That top does run small, as stated in the product description- sorry if you missed that when you placed your order, but as you know from your previous purchases- that is rarely the case. Let us know if we can send you a free return label.

We are sorry to see that the sizing chart didn't match what you were expecting. This set ran from came in Small to XXXL. It stated in the product description, fits loose and true to size: Small 2/4, Medium 6/8, Large 10/12, XL 14/16, XXL 18, XXXL 20. This shirt did run true to our description as shown above and wondering if you received a miss marked item. We try to double check sizing when we send out but may have missed one. We also haven't heard of others complaining about the sizing of this shirt. It looks like you are still within the 30-day return policy. If you want to reach out to customerservice@betsyboos.com, we'd be happy to help you with your return if you choose to do so. We do want you to be happy with your purchase.

The clothes quality is not worth the price. VERY irritated that you only get store credit when things are returned. This is just crazy considering they are online purchases. I will not shop here again and i will deter others from making the same mistake. $300 store credit=robbery!

I was very disappointed in the outfit I had ordered the ear rings were a turquoise blue not the same blue in the shirt or the tank. The outfit was not the same as the picture. All the clothes were very wrinkly I had ordered three outfits. The scarf and shirts I had to wash to get wrinkloolooes out when taking them out of a shipping bag. When I sent The outfit that did not match with ear rings back instead of taking the amount off of my credit card you have me in store credit. That is not right.

We take pride in putting together our BBB Sets and we still think this set looks fantastic, but not everyone will agree and that's OK. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that there won't be wrinkles in the clothes upon arrival as they are shipped and not purchased in a physical store. Normally I love any and all purchases and have recommended y’all to others. But the leapord print shirt with sequence on the pocket was a bad design. The sequence caused pulls on my left sleeve of the shirt due to rubbing from the sequence to the sleeve. Other than that I loved the shirt. It’s just ruined now.

The item I received did not in any way resemble the item pictured. I urge you to take a screenshot of what you order to prevent any mix-up. After several back and forth emails and customer service totally missing the point, I returned the item. Guess I will give my online credit away as I will not be usiing it. Will not purchase another item from them!

I bought an XL shirt and even my size 2 daughter can't fit into it. I can't return it, so I feel like I wasted my money. I have bought many things in the past and the last two were sized so wrong. Very frustrated
