My first order of two 'what up witches' t-shirts were returned because I was not satisfied with the quality or fit. I received in store credit and placed a different order. I was very disappointed when I received my items to find two of three items did not look like their pictures online. When I contacted the boutique regarding my disappointment with the two previous orders, it was explained they don't do their own pictures but get them from the manufacturers. That is unacceptable to me, a boutique owner has a responsibility to make sure the items look the same as pictured regarding color and fit. Instead of offering me a full refund they only offered to return the items for another in-store credit. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone due to the poor quality of items and website, as well as a return policy that doesn't protect the customer if the items are different than pictured online.

I'm disappointed in the product I received. I'm a first time buyer and read about the sizing before ordering. I ordered a top in a size 3x because there wasn't any 2x available. I wear a 1-2x and thought I'd be safe. When I tried on the top it was so tight that I will be unable to wear it. Your size charts are incorrect, the shirt I received was likened to a size xl.

Material very thin and bad quality! I ordered a shirt for a party and it was completely see through. Prices to high. Can find better quality at the mall for a much better price. Sizes run small and the return policy is awful!!! Buyer beware!!

Ordered the What Up Witches tshirt. In the picture it was a vneck. When I received my order it was a regular crew neck tshirt. I wanted the shirt as pictured not something totally different. First and last time ordering.

I ordered two outfits and was very excited. It took forever for them to come in. I was extremely disappointed to see that both outfits were not even close true to size. I ordered large and they both fit my daughter who wears an adult small. Needless to say, I couldn't exchange the outfits for the same outfit in a larger size so now I'm stuck with a credit. I wish I would've read the return policy prior to ordering. I would not recommend this clothing site to anyone!

I will never order from you again. Your return policy is unreasonable.. If the customer can charge an item, you should be able to refund them.. The clothes run small, or at least that was my experience, and then when I had to pick something else, the sizes weren't readily available so I was limited to my choices..

Hi Sharon! Our return policy is pretty consistent with other online boutiques and is clearly stated on our website with links in several places, including every product description. We do add new arrivals daily. Hopefully you can find a replacement item with some our Fall new arrivals. Let us know if you have any questions.

I purchase a BBB Set in the beginning of September. Was told it will ship late September. It is now October and my order is still reflecting as unfulfilled. I've reached out for status and no one wants to respond and let me know. Terrible service and I will likely request a refund if I don't get a response and my order ASAP.
