Firstly, I love your store!!! But I recently bought a couple of t-shirts that I was so excited to get!! The lettering on the “Homegirl” t-shirt faded so much after one washing and hang drying that you can’t see the whole word...I am so bummed! This is the only problem I have had with anything that I have ordered!! Thank you!! Cheryl

My complaint is not with your clothing. It is with your return process. You make it nearly impossible to return anything. I returned something you sent my credit but I cannot find it. I try not to order much and would shop with your more if you made it easier to return and find/use credit.

This is the first time I have purchased a grab bag from anywhere. I love all the clothes so didn't have any fear. However, I received a shirt I had already ordered from Betsy Boo's (thought someone would look at the previously ordered information before choosing), a t-shirt (which I don't wear) and a sweater with a color I would never wear. I know it's my fault so now I know never to order a grab bag again. Thank you.

Got a grab bag, size small. Some items were huge and some were tiny. Out of 5 items only one fit.

I am a bit frustrated that i bought a pair of shoes with the 17.00 pink points. The remaining total for the shoes was 21.00. The shoes were so narrow i could hardly include my baby toe. When I sent it back I only got 21.00 credit. I then ordered a shirt on sale. The recipt has the sale on it but then there was something about the discount not being applied. So I was charges full price. I am wondering if it had to do with the 21.00 credit. I just got two more shoes both are narrow but I am going to keep them with hopes thew will stretch a smidge. I don't want to send anything back and get a credit again! This is the only frustration i have. I have purchased a few tops, 5 pairs of shoes and two tunics dresses and a mystery.

I have only made a couple of purchases so I don't have much to go on. I know that the first purchase was a hooded, zip up sweatshirt that I wanted to return, and shipping to return was more than the sweater, so I just gave it away. It was not comfortable. Itchy, scratchy, rough material. The T-Shirt I just ordered is good. It's uneven, the left side seam wraps around the front and looks weird, I won't be able to wear it without a cardigan/wrap. It was wrinkled right out of the dryer, and it does not iron well. It is a cute tshirt, but now it's a $28 night shirt. It's not something to be worn by someone that doesn't iron themselves throughout the entire day. Lol. I don't totally know if I'll order clothes again. Maybe try shoes or something. It's online shopping, always comes with risks :)

The coloring in the tye dye shirt was not at all like the picture. Bra and tank we’re fine. The Gold hoop earrings were not the best quality made my ears hurt the silver ratings were fine. Other than that I was pleased. Thank you

I'm usually happy with you items. I was a little disappointed as I assumed more of the jacket I purchased was quilted. Your service is excellent though. I am disabled so when I can I prefer to buy from you.

I loved the shoes I bought! I ordered 1/2 size bigger than my norm. They are too tight and should have actually went an whole size bigger. I didn't know the material they are made with is a very ""sensitive" material. I pulled them out of the box and left prints on the sides of both shoes. the oil on my shin was not visable, so i was surprised this happened. Do not get me wrong, I LOVE THEM and want a new pair, I just need to be be very careful and wash your hands before touching. I learned the hard way. There are dark spots from fingerprints but I am afraid to put a cleaning agent on them. I left a note for a CSR to call me. I need to send them back but want the return dept to be aware. ORDER #174492, i just need a return label. :) I LOVE everything I get from BBB so I know they will make this right in sending me a new pair. since I am now better aware, i will treat them with white gloves ;)

I love the clothes from Betsy Boos Boutique but the sizes are so much bigger than the “normal” sizes. I usually wear large but they are huge on me!

I ordered some gray booties and love them. Decided to order a pair of tan booties but the right one squeaks very loud, $45 down the drain because I will not use them again.

I was a little disappointed in the shipping because I was a 1st time customer I ordered items for a special event and didn’t receive it on the date excepted but it was free shipping so...maybe next time I’ll just order a holiday T-shirt and maybe it will come on time. I did wear my items for a Christmas party and loved it.
