“Sizes run small and the quality of the shirt seems cheap for the cost. I am not thrilled about his order.”

“Loved the dolman navy top and scarf I bought. The silver hoops were very cheap and didn't clasp so threw them out. It came within 12 days of when I ordered. I then ordered an olive dolman and camo vest and have heard nothing from them. Have sent 3 messages. I'm afraid I'll have to contact paypal to help.”

“I like the top but the scarf looks like a table cloth and it's not the color I ordered. The scarf that was supposed to come with it was a mustard color. Even so, I still like the top.”

“I’ve bought many items from BBB and this shirt shrunk a lot washing and drying it the 1st round. I’ve never ran into this issue until now. Def a bummer as I’m 5’11” and now it’s short and have to wear a tank underneath vs the bra top that came with it.”

“Cute clothes and great options but, so many of the BBB sets are only available up to Large. It's a bummer to scroll past really cute tops and jackets only to find out none are in your size.”

“I love your BBB Set Box, but the new returns program is turning me away from continuing my subscription. In the past, you only paid for what you kept, but the new subscription you pay for upfront for all items, which isn't a problem, but you don't receive a refund for the returned items only online store credit that expires.”

The gift card defaults to expire one year from when we issue it, but we will honor it past that one year. Most people usually use it before that year is up. “Although the clothes are really cute. I find it difficult to buy a bbb when I have to purchase more than one piece of clothing and choose only one size. For example, I recently purchased a BBB set with a T-shirt and a jacket. The T-shirt was way too big and the jacket was too small, but they were both sized as a large. I would love to see the option to choose what sizes I need within the BBB. For this particular set I could have used an extra large jacket and possibly a small T-shirt.”

“Packing was great and shipping was fast! I am disappointed in the quality of the items I ordered. They seem to be cheaply made and not very good quality of material. I was hoping they would be better!”

“Very easy to order. I have ordered a few times because of the ease and the clothes look so nice online. However, the shirt quality is very poor. Material is cheap and shrinks when it gets washed and hung dry. Sweaters are poor quality. Get bally just from 2 or 3 times wearing it. I won’t be re-ordering.”

“I was pleased with two of the pieces I received but the third piece is a pair of winter leggings with a snowman and winter design on them. Doesn’t really fit the season we are in. I probably won’t do it again not would I suggest it to someone else. My neighbor and friend had a very good experience but I didn’t.”

“I generally love Betsy Boo's and the grab bags are so fun. However this last one was a disappointment. One top was made of scratchy material and was far too big and the neckline on the tank top was so low half my bra would show (it's cute, but can't wear it). The dress was cute (and has pockets!), but the fabric was thin and feels a bit cheap. Overall this wasn't as high of quality as I have previously received. Grab bags are always luck of the draw, of course, but the other two I've ordered were awesome, so this was a little bit of a let down. I'll still order again! Oh, and they upgraded it to priority shipping, which was great. I'm hoping the quality issues are a fluke.”

“I adore their tops but was a bit disappointed at the size selection for their pants. All of the pants I liked only came in small sizes. I have a 29in waist and ordered a large in some Kankan jeanshorts. They were so tight I couldn’t even button them 😢”
