“I was disappointed that I ordered a large but the cami is a one size fits all, which did not fit. I can’t decide if I want to return it or not because I like everything except the cami.”

“I like some of the clothes. Size has been as issue. And then returning is store credit only. After a few tries I finally just got a cute cap and earrings.”

“I ordered some shoes from Betsy Boo's. I should have read the return policy more closely. If you can return in 10 days, good for you! I should have. The shoes don't fit. You don't get a refund. It would have cost me to return and then I would have just gotten a store credit. I kept the shoes. They only cost me $20. Not worth it to return. So, Betsy Boo's makes out on my purchase. Read the return policy!! I won't shop there again. Cute clothes, and cute shoes. But if you don't know for sure that something is going to fit, it's just not worth the hassle.”

“You have a fantastic idea for busy women. Unfortunately, the selection has become stale. It all looks the same. I can’t continue buying because I have a drawer full of tanks with the tags still on. Please give more variety on sets, less tanks to go under outfits, more jewelry than earrings, and I’ll come back! Thanks!!”

“I have mixed review...customer service was great. Not loving the purse I got for 80.00. Very phimlsey...I thought it have a heavier structure...when I carry it, it all collapses toward the middle.”

“I love the stuff I have ordered. Always amazing. This last order fell short. Ordered shoes size 10. They are an 8 1/2. Gave them away.. Needed them for work because I've had surgery on my foot and require a larger size.”

“I liked the clothes and the fit. I DID NOT like that it took a month to get my order (because one of the pieces out of the 3 sets I ordered was out of stock, it delayed the entire order). It seems that someone would have contacted me when the order did not ship on time, but they did not. I had to contact them. Two weeks later when the order still had not shipped, I had to contact them again. Finally, the order did ship and arrived fairly quickly. Nice products, but you need to step up your customer service and let customers know when shipments don’t go out in time.”
