“I was so disappointed to get my order and the scarf did not match the tank. I was going to return the whole set but my puppy got ahold of the earrings so I'm stuck with it. Hopefully I can find a different tank to go under the shirt to match.”

“I liked the delivery service of the merchandise, but I am not too happy about not getting a refund and that its store credit. I believe people should have the right to get their money back guarantee full refunded. I will not being buying any more of your merchandise as you don't give back refunds. The quality of your clothing's items and shows are not what I expected for the prize. I also your policy have a 10 days returned. This didn't work for me due to being in the hospital for 5 days and bed rest at home. Plus we have to pay $8.00 to returned the merchandise, which it should be free since the company don't give refunds. In top of that you take it from our store credit. Hope this review help your way of the policy so both parties are satisfy and will continue purchasing from your store. Sincerely, Carmen”

You must have missed the return policy link that we have on each page of our website as well as the printed copy that came with your order. You'll find that our return policy is very fair compared to other boutique shops. If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. You can send it back on your own instead of getting a return label from us and it may be less expensive. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions.

“I will keep an eye on the styles as they are adorable. But the large are not large. I'm certainly not an extra large. The large shirt I ordered was so small I gave it to my daughter who is 5'2 and 105 pounds. Fits her well. I don't wear ear rings,so dont need them added and gave those to my other daughter. Thank you for the experience. I will stick to stores where I can try the clothes on. Very cute styles though.”

“Fast service from order till delivery. After I asked for a return label and sent the items back, my account was deleted with no explanation. I didn't complain or anything. I got the message that my account didn't exist after I couldn't sign back in and used the forgot my password option. Why was I removed?”

“I was a little disappointed when I received my chambray shirt. It was a little expensive for the actual quality of the shirt in my opinion. I needed to exchange it for a larger size, which I hope it is available in. I do not really care for the return policy where a store credit Would be issued instead of a refund.”

“I am pleased with the quality and fit of the sets I have ordered. My displeasure is with the shipping and communication. None of the 4 sets I ordered seem to ship at stated times. The last turned out to be on back order. The response to my inquiry was quick, but wish they had been the party to initiate contact. Clothes are cute ... received dates not reliable enough for me to order again.”

“Quality of the material is nice. Cardigans fit really small so if you order a set the top is way too large. In my opinion this is not a good match in size. Now that I have to send back with no refund, I am not sure I will find something to fit. I am not huge just curvy with a small rib cage and waist. Really cute outfits when they aren't on me! Guess this site is not meant for my sizes. :(”

We are sorry that your set did not work out to your liking. As, stated the cardigans are a fitted look and look great while worn open with the selected tank under. We are also sorry that you missed our return policy before ordering- which clearly states that returns are for store credit. Please note that there are no restrictions on the gift card credit and it never expires....so we hope that although your first order did not work out- if you follow the size guidelines, you will be able to fall in love when you find something with your credit. And yes...we do offer free shipping, most of our customers love that they never have to pay for shipping.
