“My first two orders were amazing! Everything fit perfectly! Naturally I would feel comfortable ordering more. The next two pieces I didn't have the same luck. They didn't fit the same and the tanks that came with each shirt were extra short. My whole Betsy Boo experience has been ruined by the tiny tanks.”

“My 1st review never posted. I was aware of the no $ refunded policy so not a surprise, BUT if you're going to have that policy, I wish you would allow customers to review the individual items so we have customer feedback on which items are "sizes way off," "shirt too thin," etc. My short sleeve denim "dress" was not a dress, returned 2 months ago for store credit, but really have no desire to order anything else.”

“The outfit is very cute and stylish, however I was disappointed in the pants. They had no hem and were VERY long. About 8 inches too long. I am not petite at 5'5". Because they have no hem, I guess I'll just cut them to fit. I do wish though that having paid so much for this outfit it would have fit better/been better quality.”

Hi Stephanie! Thank you for your purchases. Yes...you had ordered Palazzo Pants, which are meant to have an unfinished hem and you do cut to the correct length on Palazzos. Sorry if you did not understand that when you placed your order. We promise that out other non-palazzo pants are hemmed. :) Thanks again for your business.

“I've ordered three BBB sets to date. As a repeat customer I do have a recommendation. The subject line of your emails often say VIP, but honestly they feel very ordinary when opened. Nothing exclusive about the content. Perhaps you should reward frequent shoppers with a multi-purchase program or at least a small discount on their next purchase. I would buy even more! Just some marketing feedback.”

“I ordered a shirt and it was too big so I returned it with a request to exchange for one size smaller. Instead of that, I received credit to my account and went to order the correct size and of course they are sold out. I am very disappointed.”

“The service is great and letting you know your order is on the way was nice! Got my stuff and not is quality I thought it would be. One bracelet is to big, other one is cheap looking! I'm sure the clothes are nice!”

“Here is the picture that says it all...what I ordered is not the same as what I received. I do like the shirt. I'm not going to return it but it isn't the light fun spring colors I was hoping for and I don't think I'll order anymore from this store.”

Danielle... I am sorry to see that you are disappointed in the top you received. It is the same shirt...it is that the cut of the fabric shows more of the tan color than on the model. It does state in the product description that the stripes vary depending on the cute. You can see the mocha is in the product description title for that reason, and the mocha is on the sleeves and the picture taken of the back on our website. Hi Pam! We are sorry that you don't believe that the color/material are the same in the Coral & Mint Geo Blouse Set that you ordered. The material is stated in the product description; we just double checked and it is correctly described. And we feel that the mint and coral in this blouse are shown just as pictured....actually this blouse looks even better in person than the photo. “I like the shirts and jewelry but the tank tops that go underneath are nothing like the pictures, which show them nice and long. These tanks are short. Was depressed to find this cuz now I have to find matching tanks that are long. But the shirts are nicely made and nice material.”

“I ordered the Raglan sweatshirt, on sale. The stitching at the neck (the X) is very crooked, but since I ordered it on sale I can't return it. I looked to see if I could order another and there weren't any in my size left. I like it, but I learned to not purchase on sale unless I am 100% confident with the purchase. I'm also waiting for a pre-order and wonder what the quality will be...”

“I purchased the "Dog Mom" ragland. The overall quality of the shirt was not what I expected. It is very thin and the size runs big. Not sure that I would be a return customer.”

“I recently ordered a few items that needed to be returned. Because BBB only offers a credit and not a refund, I was forced to purchase a few more items. Once again, I was not happy with the quality of fabric when the items were received. Instead of having to pay to have the items returned again and going through the process of getting a credit and trying to find more items, I chose to give the items to a charity. BBB doesn't offer much variety in the "plus sized" items. Most of the items I wanted to purchase don't come in XL. I am not a "plus" size but I have broad shoulders and DD chest, so a size 8/10 isn't going to cut it.”

“This is an excellent web site to purchase comfortable and sleek clothing attire. However, I ordered a size large. The shirt it self is comfortable and fits according to size chart but the sleeves on the shirt are more so for a medium or small shirt. The sleeves are tight and fitting while shirt is loose.”
