I love the outfits - too cute and fashionable. The dress I bought was bigger than expected and much longer - wish some of the maxi dresses were sold in petite length. Overall, good experience, shipping was acceptable and the merchandise arrived well wrapped with all items folded and wrapped in tissue. I will shop again.

I love my tee shirt dresses but the sun dresses are to short and the arm holes are to big

I really like the variety of clothing offered. The sets they put together are awesome. Im not real keen on the return policy regarding sale items.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you don't like our return policy regarding sale items. Actually, our return policy on Sale Rack items is very similar, if not better than other online boutiques. They also don't accept returns on sale items. We also clearly state on the Sales Rack page that "All Sales are Final on Sales Rack Items". We apologize if you didn't see this upon purchase of your items.

Hi Kay, It doesn't look like you've purchased from us before, but yes, our clothes are brand new. We purchase our clothes from several different vendors with most of the items made in the USA. We are an small online boutique, not a large chain store or department store, located in Iowa. Hope that helps.

Jacket fit, shirt was to big and not cute. I am however happy with jacket, scarf and earrings.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your recent purchase. The top is supposed to be a loose fitting top and one of our best sellers. However, we want you to love your purchase. I have recently ordered 3 different outfits from Betsy Boo. In the pictures online they look adorable, what I received was not quite what was pictured.. 2 of my purchases included cardigans, all size small, of which looked to be the exact same but different colors. But o e of the cardigans is way shorter than what was pictured and looks like it would fit my t year old :/ bummer.. The 3rd purchase was of what looked like a longer top (Was not described to be a "jumper") and what came was a really long "jumper"/dress. Is pretty, but a bit larger than a small, but not quite my style and not somwthing I would have ordered. However, absolutely live the jean jacket that came with the jumper. The top that came with the blue cardigan is a bit small and I may not be able to fit into it, but there were no papers with info on how to return to exchange for a different size. Everything I ordered was size small. All in all, cute outfits, but disappointed in sizing and descriptions. Not sure if I'll chance ordering any more from this sight or not.

Rachel, We're not sure how to respond to your review. We try to be as descriptive in our products as we can. The description for what you purchased indicated "Harem Jumpsuit" in the product title and loose fitting in the description.As far as the cardigans go, they are fitted and typically worn open and not buttoned. We do want you to be happy with your purchase and have a 30-day return policy, which is found on every page of our website. Sorry if you missed that as well. The outfit I purchased was cute. The skirt and shirt fit perfectly, however, the sweater is too small. I ordered a large, and the sweater has to be a small, even though marked large. I am very disappointed. I don't know whether I will purchase anything else.

Annalee, We are sorry that you were disappointed in the fit of your sweater. The cardigan that was part of the set you ordered is a little more fitted and is typically worn open (not buttoned). However, we still want you to love your outfit. Did you reach out to customer service to see if you may have received a mislabeled cardigan? If you want, please do so, and if we have another large cardigan in stock we could do an exchange for you. Thanks for your feedback.

New customer buying three shirts size 18. Colors were fantastic as were the pattern. Two shirts fit excellent. Received all three same day rolled up in a tiny plastic envelope with a sheet of tissue paper. The hang tag simple and circular with “Betsy Boo” logo. Third shirt was an immediate return, emailed for a return that very day with no response...the shirt is a moo moo down to the calf and when arms outa bat look. Not at all the shark bit as in the picture. Still sitting there in my car to drop at a charity. The other two shirts wash great, no pilling, cut is so nice. The fabrics is not too thin, just right.

We try to be as descriptive as we can in our product descriptions and the shark bite tunic does mention "bat wing" sleeves. Love the outfits they put together but for the price you should get the WHOLE outfit not just the shirts & earrings

It doesn't appear that you've ordered from us before, so we want to make sure you are aware of what our BBB Sets are. We put together outfits and offer some of those pieces together as a BBB Set. BBB Sets usually include 3-5 items, but we sell the individual pieces as well. We offer it that way because we have been told that not everyone needs another bag, or they may already have a similar shoe or jeans. A lot of people follow us of outfit ideas too. We are not a large chain store or department store, but a small business and therefore our prices are in-line with other boutiques. Based on this information we would kindly ask that you update your review of our business. Thanks!

Cute clothes. I experience shrinking of many items after 1st washing. I would recommend buying 1 size bigger than you normally wear

The clothes are nice. I bought three shirts/sweaters and two fit perfectly but the third was two sizes too small. I was going to send it back but you only have 10 days from the day they ship it out to get free shipping. I was out of town when it arrived so I missed it. I won't buy again. That is a little too strict for my busy life.

We're sorry you missed the free return shipping deadline, but wanted to let you know that you do have 30 days to return your merchandise. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we do offer free shipping (both ways) and allow you to return merchandise for store credit up to 30 days.

Sorry you feel we are slow to respond. We looked at our records and we sent you a return label via email the day after you emailed us. (We emailed it on Dec 5). You may want to check your spam folder or junk email folder as it doesn't look like you used the label yet.
