“I absolutely love what I have gotten so far BUT it would be great if you had more of the sets in XL..shirts, bralettes, everything in XL in sets!! I would order more if you did!!”

“Ordered a leopard chiffon top with a tank & earrings. Top has oddly short sleeves and the cuffs are really tight, so you can't push them up. It's very cute though. Tank is just your average tank. It would be great if the some of the sets came with tees or something besides a tank. Overall, I wasn't wowed but I liked everything ok. One negative - many of the cuter sets are only available up to size L, which is 10-12. More XL options would be good. Also, pants in misses sizing instead of junior.”

“I have ordered several items from this company over past year - I love their clothes and at really good prices ! The only complaint is the sizes are way too inconsistent which has required many returns . A small blouse could be really huge or a Large shorts which says fits 10/12 is more like a 4/6. I am a size 10 woman for years and know my size and I never wear a small in a top but you never know with this company . Also I am 5’3 and all the jeans are very long - I wish companies would make jeans for the average size of a Roman not supermodels . That being said delivery is very quick as well as returns! They only accept returns for store credit so beware .”

“I was pleased that my first order was upgraded to priority do I received it quickly. The jeans I ordered were nice quality but I was very disappointed that they were not as the description on the website. They were described as having a 27” inseam unrolled, but even rolled they jeans were way too long. They definitely were not a 27” inseam, as that’s typically the inseam I buy in short jeans. Returning the order was easy, however, and I was pleased with the customer service overall.”

Hi Faith! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We did have it incorrectly stated in our product description and have since updated it. It should have read "Approximately 29" inseam unfolded, 27" cuffed as shown." Again we apologize for the oversight and glad you were able to return them.

“Customer service is great but was disappointed in the quality of clothes this time. My T-shirt arrived with a hole in it which you replaced. The sweater had 3-4 pulls in it. I kept it anyway and just fixed them. The quality for the price isn’t really very good.”

“I love the pair of shoes I ordered! I also ordered a set, and while I really like it the earrings in the set picture are different than what I received and I'm not really happy with those, they and the bralette don't match the shirt very well.”

“Outfit is fine, I paid extra to receive my order in two days. Did not receive my order for two weeks and was never refunded the extra monies paid for quick delivery. I understand out of stock problems but then an adjustment should of been made.”

“I am a BIG fan of Betsy Boo's clothes and I have always been very happy with their service. However, the process time of my recent return was VERY long. I understand it was the holiday season but the wait time was extreme.”

“Was so excited to receive my top. It was really cute, nice material but was very short. I’m 5’7” and this top just came to my waist. In the pictures it appears much longer. Very disappointed. There is no way I can wear this top.”

“We should get a choice on the size of the bralet That somes with the shirt and the earrings are super cheap . Honestly I think the boutique has a lot of cute clothes but I don’t know that I would ever order again because what I paid I’m not sure it’s worth what I’ve got .”

“Grab bag had a questionable item (if it was politically correct was definitely in question) BBB was great about returning and while the first outfit match perfectly and colors were wonderful, replacement was decidedly MEH! Flesh colored leggings and a super short shrug sweater. The meme says it all.”

“The ship time is a bit long and one tshirt was very see through. The other plaid shirt did not look as depicted on line. These pieces came in while I was on vacation so, I was unable to return within 7 day window. Honestly, if you stand behind your products, i would extend your return policy to the industry standard of 30 days.”

“If a shirt is 100% cotton please send the next size up I had to give one of my blouses to someone else because it was 100% cotton and there was no way it would have fit after being washed.”
