Buyer beware: read the return policy before you order. In this day and age, it's unusual to not be able to return something for a refund. But, you can't with this site. You will receive a "credit" toward your next item. I was not pleased with the quality of my garment so I'm not interested in future orders, but now I'm stuck and out my money unless I try again.

Judy...We are sorry that you missed our return policy before ordering, as we have a link to it on all pages so that our customers realize that before ordering. Actually, we have a better policy than most of our boutique competitors. Again, we are sorry that you somehow missed it. We do hope that you use your gift card and try another order--- the gift card does not expire and there are no exclusions.

Ordered 2 items... one was a jean dress size large and a cheveron shirt size med.. the dress was so small I had to have help getting my arms out of it and never did get it on and the shirt size medium was like a tent.,, Asked for money back and was told I have to use gift card. Got gift card today and am trying to reorder 2 new items... cannot even change pages without the join our site pop up ... I'm already a member... tried to add 2 tops to cart but when. I go to cart it's empty... I have a 70 gift card that I'm having issues even redeeming.., Whole experience poor!!

We are sorry that you are having issues with the site! It seems that we are not recording any current issues and orders are continuing to come in...we wish it was something we could fix for you. If you would want to email customerservice@betsyboos.com, we would be happy to email you an invoice to purchase tomorrow. As far as the items that you did purchase- you are very correct...you ordered two completely different items, as far as "fits" go. The denim dress does state in the product description that it tends to run small, we are very sorry if you missed that upon placing your order. The other chevron top is more of a "poncho fit", as described in the product description. We hope that your next order you will find items that you do like the fit of. If at any time you would like more guidance or measurements, our customer service department would be more than happy to help you!

I think I'm done ordering from this boutique. My first item had crooked stitching. Miy second item looks nothing like the picture on the website, which is highly diappointing. Good customer service or not, the products are sub-par. I would love to upload the pictures but it won't let me.

I was very disappointed with my first BBB experience. The shirt I ordered was a much thinner material than I expected it to be. It was not true to size (smaller than expected). I went online to see how to return or exchange it and saw that there was only an email address to write to asking for a return label. I sent 2 emails and never received a reply. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I would have liked a phone number to call or an instant message link. I am hoping that my experience is not the norm for your company.

Hi Valerie... Sorry to hear that you are disappointed with BBB. We show that you sent us one email at 10pm on the 26th and we responded on the morning on the 27th. We are happy to resend the email. We also have an instant messenger at the bottom of the page that is staffed Mon-Fri from 9am to 4pm. We also hope that your next experience is better, as we strive very hard to make everyone's experience top notch!

Ordered a size large . I wear 8/10. I ended up giving the outfit to my daughter who is size 5 Very disappointed

I have loved my prior purchases from Betsy Boo as I love the black tunic I recently received. However, the scarf I ordered was not the scarf I received. When I checked back online, the one I wanted, ordered and thought I would receive was sold out. Super disappointed and will most probably not be a customer in the future. Sad :(

The leggings were workout shiny leggings, not ones I would pair with plaid flannel. The size was also tiny not one size fits all. The flannel is awesome, however, the threading appears loose near buttons and an area on the front, I tied it, so just hoping they don't ravel and cause a hole. Not sure I will order another set again.

Although, I enjoyed the look and style of the clothing (I bought a maroon hoodie as well as a plaid red and black button down shirt and jeans) the material was of poor quality when I actually got the items and the purse that I bought (vegan leather large black hobo style) was also not good quality for the price, $60. Overall, I spent $131 on 4 items and would have returned everything but then saw that the return policy was for store credit, considering I wasn't a fan of the quality I didn't want that. I ended up keeping everything but will not be buying again.

Love the concept - and cute styles, but the clothing items are cheap quality. For the price, you'd expect a little more. I purchased a set with a bomber jacket. The jacket I received looks slightly different than the photo online. Neckline is different - jacket received is super shiny and has a "plasticky" feel.

They need to be more detailed on the items as the pictures on their site were not what I received. The BBB set I purchased was a 3/4 sleeve shirt (picture looked like a thin sweater) and I received a long sleeve shirt (spandex material) and the sleeve got tight from the elbows to the hands. IT WAS NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED AT ALL! The tank top was not all that impressive. So I returned the items right away and now I have a credit with them as they do not do FULL RETURNS which I think is horrible as I do NOT want to buy anything from them again- and now I have $42+ wasted!!! I would like to have my money back!!

Hi Jennie! We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. The description did not call this a 3/4 sleeve top. It was described as a long sleeve dolman top. Dolman tops, by definition, are narrow at the wrist and wider at the top where the sleeve attaches to the garment. In the set description we include links to each individual item where you can get additional information regarding each item, including material type. We do include our return policy on our website with a link on every product description page. We add new arrivals every day so hopefully you're able to find something else you'll just love. Top was OK. Tank appeared long in the ad but the one I received was short. Leggings are way too small based on size chart. Very disappointed.

Shipping was quick and I thought the items I ordered were cute but I was disappointed the product descriptions lacked some important details, such as dimensions. I took a chance and ordered, but sadly, I had to return all three tops because they were extremely too long for me (I'm short and curvy). I also felt all of the items were sized very large. If the web site had told me that a blouse measured XX inches long, I would not have ordered that item. Policy allowed for me to return the items, but only for credit toward another purchase. I might have to find a tall friend who can use my credit. If I order for myself, I will definitely use the chat feature to get more product info.

Was not worth the $45.00!! Shirt is very thin. Not at all like a sweatshirt. What a huge disappointment! I couldn't wait to receive it. I ordered a large and normally wear a medium, but sleeves were too short and the shirt isn't nearly as long as shown in the picture. I would've returned it, but with only getting a credit and not a refund it wouldn't have been worth it. I would be afraid anything else may have been just as poor a quality.

I liked both tops I ordered, do not really like the leggings or the need to add the tank top to the sets. Sizing is off a bit, each small fits differently do hard to order. I do NOT like return policy at all!!! Going to use my gift card balance and not ever order from this boutique!
