I liked both tops I ordered, do not really like the leggings or the need to add the tank top to the sets. Sizing is off a bit, each small fits differently do hard to order. I do NOT like return policy at all!!! Going to use my gift card balance and not ever order from this boutique!

The sleeves are way too small/tight. I am unable to wear this. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Shirt was nothing like the picture! Looks long, but in fact, is just below the waistline. Very thin material, like something you would get at Walmart! Waste of over $30.00 when it wasn't even worth 15! This was my first order from Betsy Boo, and sadly, my last!

We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your top. Our website has a photo of a model wearing the top and we believe it looks exactly as described. That top sold out quickly with many happy customers. We do include the type of material in the product description for every individual item. The length of the top depends on the length of your torso. If you ever need to know the length of an item before you purchase, customer service is happy to measure any item that is in stock in the warehouse. Customer Service is available via email, Facebook Messenger, and online chat Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm CST.

I pre-ordered a top and somewhere it went from being a pre-order to a back order. I wasn't informed of the status change. It has now been 1 month and no idea when it will be delivered.

Clothing runs small. Did not know that until I read the reviews. Return policy is horrible. Due to limited sizes, unable to get styles originally ordered. Had to settle for gift card that I probably will never use.

I love the look of the clothes, but for the price I was really disappointed in the quality. I wouldn't pay more than $5- $10 per item at a cheap boutique or fashion district. The pieces all feel very thin and cheap. The leggings feel like dollar store tablecloths. Not impressed.

The sizing was way off on one of the tops and it was not made of quality material, the scarves were not as pictured, one outfit was cancelled after I waited one month. I kept the jeans and the boots. I am disappointed I cannot receive a refund because I believe the outfits were not what I was expecting and I do not want to order from them again.

I was really excited about my order but when it arrived the shirt was nothing like I expected. It's a cheap stretchy material and the sleeves are way stretched out and I haven't even worn it and probably won't ever either.

Not very happy with the return policy. You only receive a credit upon returning items. As an online company, not being able to try on merchandise and see the quality, it is very disheartening that your company forces customers to purchase regardless of their satisfaction. I did use my credit and I will be trying to sell the items on my own to get my money back.

Hi Julie! Our return policy is pretty consistent with other online boutiques and is clearly stated on our website, including a link to our return policy in every product description. We do add new arrivals daily with a variety of new items for every style.

Not happy with product at all! I wear a large. I ordered a large according to the size chart fromBBB. Shirt was labeled large but really a small. I doubt I will ever order from this company again. It sad. The clothes looked cute and I was hoping I could use the website monthly.

Hi Desiree! Sorry to hear the shirt dress did not fit. Our shirt dresses our one of our top sellers and this is the first time we've heard they run small. I wonder if it was mislabeled. Loved the outfit I ordered, got many compliments, but after the first hand washing my top shrunk and ripped. For the price, the quality of material was very poor.

Ordered 973 BBB set. The "beige" top is not at all what it appears to be in the picture! Very thin and of poor quality. Ordered 971 BBB set, also very thin and not as it appears in the picture. I have recently ordered for the first time from BBB, and the one thing that stands out is basically, all of the items ordered were true to size, but of very poor quality material. All tops ordered were very thin and not as they appeared in the pictures.

Ordered 3 shirts and jewelry to match. one shirt is two sizes too big - not true to size. A pair of earings was very low quality and very very thin. I would have returned these items but due to the great flood of Louisiana I missed the deadline to return. The other items were fine and Cute.

I ordered a dress and had to return due to the size. Was told only get store credit and would email me. Never heard a word from them in regards to the return or credit. I have emailed them again to check on it and NO RESPONSE!!! WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Hi Kelly! Sorry to hear this. It looks like the only email we've received from you was a request for a return label on July 21st. We received your return and issued a gift card for $42 on July 25th. Not impressed! Ordered a top in light blue. Received an email a few days later that the color I ordered was sold out in my size. No problem, that happens. I emailed back with another color choice. I received an email back a few days later that the color I selected was sold out. I made a third choice and was told in my email that i would receive a gift certificate for my trouble and that my top would ship out next week. A week went by and still no top. I waited a few days longer and finally emailed asking about the shipping status of my top. Response was "we don't know what happened." So if I wouldn't have followed up, I never would have gotten the top. I also never received a gift certificate for "my troubles"

I paif extra for my stuff to come early and it didnt. When I got the things the material was only something I would use fir a bathing suit cover. I sold what I got to a consignment store. O and the jewelry broke within the first week.
