“While the material was nice, The top was not well cut, the only option was to exchange for store credit instead of a money back return. For the price of the top I would expect refund availability. Also offering model height or garment measurements instead of just a basic size chart would be helpful. Would not recommend buying tops or dresses from this company if you are above 5’8”.”

“First time ordering from an online boutique. I started out with a shift dress. Loved the pattern. When it came , I was impressed . Is true to size and falls at the knee. Due to the fact it’s a light color, I recommend a slip or something under. I ordered more stuff, they then expedited shipping. Wonderful summer dresses and a tank.”

“I will absolutely never purchase from you again. After 2 tries with your merchandise it’s clear the quality is quite poor. I wanted so much to love the cute leggings set I purchased for $85 only to find it was completely see through. You could see the seams and my flesh through it from butt to crotch. No way was I able to wear this item. Customer service refused to refund me even after sending photos showing them. Store credit is not acceptable when your quality is poor. I do not want your items, I want a full refund. Your staff never even replied to my email with photos showing how see through it was. I’m livid having been stolen from by you. You have my $85 and I have nothing. I do not want any other items. I want my money back.”

We are sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. I do believe that we had responded to your emails, you may want to check your junk folder, as we believe it is very important to respond to everyone. With the pictures that you sent- it seems that you have dark under garments on under the white leggings. Any thing "white" is hard not to be see thru and we suggested that you wear nude under garments. That is also why we have the hoodie included with the set, to "cover things up." Again, we are sorry that you are disappointed and that you missed out return policy prior to placing your order. As we stated in the email, if you would like to return your merchandise, we can send you a return label at no cost and once your items are received back- we can issue you a gift card for the amount.
