Tiffany, We are sorry to see you are disappointed. It looks like you ordered a Chiffon Kimono Set. Wondering if that is not what you intended to order, as the kimono is chiffon and made to be a sheer lightweight kimono. The jumper that goes with it is a soft jersey jumper and is a BBB Best Seller. If you are unhappy, we hope that you return it and pick something else out. We have free shipping both ways within 14 days and I believe that you are within that time-frame. “The quality it excellent! I ordered the black jean jacket with the be kind T-shirt, I have to agree with the previous review about the same outfit, the jacket is awesome but the t-shirts is huge!! For me to even wear the T-shirt I will need to pay to have it take in. Not what I wanted to do when I paid good money for the BBB set”

“I loved shopping Betsy Boo’s until I was sent a size small when I ordered an extra large and no one could tell me why . No exchanges so I had to wait until I found something else I liked which took a while . Most of the prettiest garments are for little women . My shopping has drastically decreased .”

“The quality of the clothing alone is not worth it. Some items were very stiff and some paper thin. I got the "be kind" yellow t-shirt with the jacket and although the jacket fits nice, the t-shirt is more like a night gown. The advertised photo shows it being nice and fit, not oversized. I should have reviewed the return policy prior to ordering 4 sets. I'm now stuck with them as you can only return and get a store credit. Why would I want a store credit for clothes that I will not wear. Very dissapointed.”

Heather, We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with your order! Although you are personally disappointed with the one set, I hope that you give us another try. The "be kind" shirt is knot tied to the side in the set picture and that is how we think it should be worn to cute it up- as it is a t- shirt. If you do want to return it, your store credit does not expire and is good on any items. Maybe you would like a pair of shoes, or a handbag? Again, we are sorry that you are disappointed.
