“The dress that I ordered was out of stock. I was immediately contacted by an employee and she put my name on list for reorder. I was emailed the next day that my size was now in stock and ready to order and ship out the same day. I received my dress and absolutely love how it looks and the fit is perfect!”

“I love love ordering from Betsy Boo's Boutique. I have so many of there shirts. The only thing I don't like is returning items because EVERYTIME I return an item even within the 10 days I have to pay to ship it back. I hate that because they tell you you won't have to pay”

“I ordered the blue tortoise shirt with the blue tortoise bracelets. I received a GREEN tortoise shirt with the BLUE bracelets. It does not match at all and I don't plan on wearing the shirt- I don't wear green. If the shirt is green- it should be displayed on the website as green. I reached out to online support and was told green is blue tortoise... Love the jeans, earrings, bracelets, and bag. Shipped and received amazingly fast.”
