“This was a gift for my daughter so I don’t have a picture yet but she likes the outfit. I was a little disappointed in the packaging. It arrived in good shape but wrapping in tissue and putting it in a thin plastic shipping bag it might have gotten damaged especially when it was jammed into my mailbox.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you don't like our return policy regarding sale items. Actually, our return policy on Sale Rack items is very similar, if not better than other online boutiques. They also don't accept returns on sale items. We also clearly state on the Sales Rack page that "All Sales are Final on Sales Rack Items". We apologize if you didn't see this upon purchase of your items.

“Clothes aren't the best quality. Ordered a tank that didn't wash well. Also ordered a dress that the bust was very small but I ordered a larger. Disappointed in the return policy also. I know they tell you that you only get a store credit, but it definitely sucks.”

We're truly sorry that your items didn't live up to your expectations. It is loose-fitting, so we wonder if you received a miss-labeled dress. Our tanks are also one of our best-selling items. We do ask that you follow the washing instruction of the tank for best results. In this case, it is hand wash. As for our return policy, we do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is much better than most. We offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we are sorry about your experience, but confident you'll be able to find something you love like so many of our other customers.

We are sorry to see your review of our company based on photos that we have on our site. We are a small business that just started taking pictures of our products in-house. We use a combination of stock photos (ones we get from our vendors) and our employees/friends for others. While we may not have a "curvy" model now, we do hope to get one someday. In the future, you can purchase the items in the set individually, since most of the earrings we carry will not be hypoallergenic.
