“Absolutely worst casino I ever played I got the jackpot on a slot game Masks of fire, the game allows you to stop at random or let the slots run, I let it run and 7 makes came in then the other two giving me a win of £800 then it jumped and left me with 7 a £60 win, I spent £700 in a week just to see if the jackpot comes up, yes it did and must be fixed to move on, completely corrupt, I contacted betway about this to basicly deaf ears, I have reported my whole findings to the gambling commission, and under no circumstances would I recommend betway casino to anyone, avoid at all costs guys, completely corrupt and a con.”

“Avoid this company like the plague They validated the account, money was placed on it, a bet was won Asked for further validation, it was provided They now say they are confiscating the funds and refuse to pay. They will not give a specific reason I am not sure if they are legally allowed to steal money in this way but I have now passed it on to my solicitor After checking the Internet I have discovered my situation is far from a one off. This is very disturbing Do not bet with this company and warn others not to do the same Joan”

“Avoid! They don’t pay you when you win! I have won £7,010 and it is still on hold a week later! I have received over 10 emails from BETWAY asking repeatedly for the same information I have already sent! NO one is wiling to help! I am gathering media and reporters national and international to expose this company until I receive my funds! If you have suffered contact me so you can share your story as well. I am also planning a protest outside there London Head Office in Camden.”

“I attempted to make a £10 withdrawal, betway are now saying they first need proof of identity. Why didn't you need proof of identity to take £30 deposit from my VISA Debit Card and why don't you just put the £10 withdrawal back there? MY VISA ACCOUNT IS PROOF OF MY IDENTITY BECAUSE ONE CAN'T GET A VISA CARD WITHOUT IT AS YOU WELL KNOW. I use a number of of online betting sites and I have never known the likes of this blatant theft tactic.”

“Hi. I owned a Betway account for a couple of years had all the necessary verification done. Overall I would have lost thousands in them couple of years but sure that's the gamble..on 31st July there I withdrew the small sum of £100 and to this day I still await it. They asked for 3 months of wageslips asked me where I worked how I funded my gambling do i receive bonuses and 3 months of bank statements.i sent it all in but they refused screenshots of my bank statements! Said they wanted pdf which I couldn't quite do. I was actually disgusted having to send in these personal bank statements as I used the same account with them from when i joined. My question is what right do they have to hold my £100? Why them? Even if I refused all the requests(which I didn't) why should they steal my money? People I am telling you all avoid these absolute gangsters at all costs. They sponsor football and horse racing for millions yet steal my money??? How is this allowed to happen? Please please do not open an account with them as their staff are also as ignorant as you will ever see...BETWAY are THIEVES. I swear to you all.”

“Very odd company. They suck you in with their promotions and when you use them, they randomly ban you from using them with no explanation. I rarely even win so I’m not sure why I’d be restricted. I only use betway because of the sometimes good promotions, but it’s a load of rubbish without them. Will head back to Betfair I think.”

“Well i was in good relationships with betway since today i lost sport bet because i placed under 6.5 goals and fuulltime score was 3:3 būt in overtime game ended 3:4 today i placed that one team will score at least 2.5 goals they scored 3 goal in over time. Bet lost because it was scored in over time. This dont make any sense so i told that to support they just answered that i need to read rules, when there was just 2 overs over and under and team scored 3 goals būt it counts as under 2.5 thats sick.”

“ine been on this site now for 4 weeks never took any money out ive played on a few sites and got to say its the worse one ive played they had extra chilly asa new game lost 400 on 10 pound bonus spins and out of the 400 plus on this game I got 24 spins twice and the times wins most went to 17 ive had 28x 30x on other sites very very poor site keep away”

“Felt I had to let fellow gamblers know this. I like to play the slots. Won big on Wishmaster and the game just froze. funds never went into my account which was well into four figures. Funnily enough this game for some bizzare reason this game has now froze. the only one btw. Thats 2 weeks now tried different browsers phone tablet etc. NOTE THIS.... you cannott get in touch with this company by phone. Every number is dead. I leave this post to go and delete my account. Betfair and Skybet all day long folks.”

“Quite possibly the worst betting site I have ever used, I am astonished at how they have taken 12 days to process my withdrawal, and am really upset the way that I have been treated and promised different things from their live chat team when I have had to go on live chat over 20 times chasing them around the past week. “Open a account last Tuesday. Deposited £700. Played virtually, won around £17000. Finished up £9000 decided to withdrawal, then they ask for ID PROOF ETC which I provided on the same day contacted them each day and they would say waiting for feedback, today is Tuesday and now my account is temp suspended, called the number and it doesn’t even ring, what can I do??? This can’t be allowed. They take your money when u lose but when u win they don’t pay out.... how???”

“I wish I would have read those reviews before I decided to use Betway. I have opened an account and had a fun few hours while relaxing until the following day. I accessed my account and some time around 04:44 my account got totally wiped out. I am afraid they running some sort of scam. Please stay safe and dont use it. There must be another safer website/app but this is not one of them..”
