“Bought from them on eBay from Europe. Sent mostly dirty, sometimes used stuff. I paid taxes, heavy delivery costs. Provided never a return label, but told me to post back on my own. I had to open refund cases. This shop blocked me. Do not buy from them, you may be sorry.”
“Purchased 3 dresses at very good prices. Shipped and arrived quickly. Was disappointed that the each dress was thrown into a plastic bag. Came out a wrinkled mess. One had a zipper that only opened half way. I complied with the requirement to provide photos. Paraphrasing the reply ... It's an easy fix go find a tailor and provide us with the estimate and we'll see what we can do. Really? You sell a dress that can't be worn and your reply is find someone to fix it and we might help? Another of the dresses had a failed seam at the bottom of the zipper and several large snags in the fabric. Yes the prices are reasonable and sometimes fantastic but you also might receive damaged goods. First and most likely last purchase from BHFO.”
“Ordered a coat it was fine, ordered 2 pair of boots, one pair they sent 2 left boots still waiting on my refund the other pair is too tight wanted to return them but wasnt able to get the return label from on line since it says this item has already been returned???? I have the boots... after many phone calls and emails still not resolved. Horrible customer service, I will not be ordering from them again”
“I had to return items that are damaged 4 out of 22 items . BHFO does not pay for return even tough it is their fault for sending items that are damaged . Sending it back from an APO address in Germany is expensive . At least state it in the description or check on the item before sending it !!! Customer service was super slow they kept asking to many question over and over again even tough I gave all information needed in the first email. I will not buy from this Outlet anymore !!!”
“I bought several shirts as gifts. The XL size was smaller than most retailers' size large so I had to return them. They charged me shipping for the return even though their product sizing was WAY off! My total cost for shipping both ways was nearly half the cost of the shirts. I spoke with their customer service rep who basically said that's too bad.”
“Needed to return a pair of boots that were too small. I was charged $47, and my refund is $24 because of their shipping fees. One should only buy from Zappos, DSW, or any other company with Free shipping. This is a total ripoff.”
