“My first site purchase was two pairs of shoes. One sent was the wrong color so that was going to be an immediate return and the other was made irregular/manufacturer flaw but was a final return (so money lost). The return on the wrong color only offered store credit. That was fine but when I reordered two more pairs of shoes and a pair of spanx undies this time I learned that final sale means it's an irregular fit. I guess so many people have returned it due to it being sized wrong instead of them just saying it runs small or is size flawed they just list it as a final sale. And the spanx although new, it would have been nice to know they were not sealed so I don't know if they've been tried on or what.”
“I have been a customer for many many years. I only buy one or two items at a time now instead of 20+ twice a month. There are no longer any deals on ebay and they have set prices on the good stuff which is equivalent to buying them directly from the manufacturer.
Their BHFO site prices chop and change almost weekly. If they have a sale you will see the same item inflated by 30% when they have a %30 sale for example.
Their selling model sucks now, they used to be a great ebay store once upon a time...not so much now. I only buy when I am after an item and if I beleive the price is right, I will pounce on it because it could be 30% more the following week.”
“I had to return items that are damaged 4 out of 22 items . BHFO does not pay for return even tough it is their fault for sending items that are damaged . Sending it back from an APO address in Germany is expensive . At least state it in the description or check on the item before sending it !!! Customer service was super slow they kept asking to many question over and over again even tough I gave all information needed in the first email. I will not buy from this Outlet anymore !!!”
