I sold my vehicle to the highest bidder. When I arrived the dealer tried to low ball me. After an hour of wasted time, bid bus said if I give them a good review the dealer will pay the price they bid to. 4 months later, I get notified my account was not fully paid off and owed about 93 bucks. This was because the dealer did not pay off the loan in the 10 day time frame! I paid the 93 bucks and reached out to bid bus. They requested my Zelle and said the dealer will take care of it, it’s been about 6 weeks. 93 bucks…I’d hesitate to do future business with bid bus.”

“Super simple process. Got MUCH more $ than the other car buying/selling places like CarMax and AutoNation and a few other similar places. I like that they give you an estimate of what it will sell for as well as letting you set a reserve price, which if the bids don't reach, then you don't have to sell unless you want to. But if reserve price is met or surpassed, then you are required to sell, which is the whole point of the process. And the auction is over and done with in only 2 hours!
The 1% of selling price auction fee is fair (minimum of $300). They also have great customer service with communication via text messaging. So glad I stumbled across this service. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them enough, not to mention selling to a dealer is soooo much safer and easier than trying to sell your car to a private party.

“I had to sell my Tesla model Y because my model X had just arrived.
