You reach out to Bidbus, hoping for a smooth and fair process. But what actually happens is a series of letdowns and frustrations that make you want to pull your hair out.
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Bidbus. I submitted a request for a price evaluation through their website, clearly stating my intentions and timeline. But what followed was a series of events that left me feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of.
First, they listed my vehicle for auction without my consent, then pressured me into accepting a lower price than signed on contract, and to top it off, they hit me with a commission fee which they promised to cancel because of the lower price compared to the contract. The communication was abysmal, and the whole process felt like a coordinated effort to deceive me.
I tried to address my concerns by reaching out to their customer service and all Bidbus people who have been 'helping' me through texts, but to no avail. Even after submitting an official complaint, I was met with silence for over a month. It's safe to say that I won't be using their services again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of Bidbus.
In conclusion, my experience with Bidbus was nothing short of disappointing, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else. If you're looking for a smooth and fair process to sell your vehicle, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Bidbus, you've earned yourself a one-star review from me.”
“I was worried at the beginning because of lacking communication from Bidbus as there is not much information in how the process works. However, We got $2k++ more from Bidbus than the offer that we have received from CarMax in the second auction. It took about 2 weeks to sell my car after signing the contract with Bidbus.

I gave 1 star instead of 0 because I did received a better offer from Bidbus. However, Bidbus charged my account twice for the service fee after the car was sold and never responded to me after contacting them. I would strongly advise anyone who use their platform to be cautious and keep track of the account that used for the payment.”

I sold my vehicle to the highest bidder. When I arrived the dealer tried to low ball me. After an hour of wasted time, bid bus said if I give them a good review the dealer will pay the price they bid to. 4 months later, I get notified my account was not fully paid off and owed about 93 bucks. This was because the dealer did not pay off the loan in the 10 day time frame! I paid the 93 bucks and reached out to bid bus. They requested my Zelle and said the dealer will take care of it, it’s been about 6 weeks. 93 bucks…I’d hesitate to do future business with bid bus.”
