“It's been a complete nightmare from the beginning. I have never been able to make this thing start. I bought a kit from this company, and paid a little more, because I assumed they must have better customer service, since their prices are higher. I'm pretty disappointed, cause the motor still leaks, and won't start, and they haven't done anything to help besides tell me it's my fault. Maybe they're right. I even told him it was probably my fault, and he still just keeps telling me that, even after I agreed with him. Thanks guys.”

My customer service rep David helped me through it, answering both technical questions and ordering questions expertly. He was extremely patient with me as I fumbled my way through my difficult order. David is the best customer service I've ever encountered. He gets 6 stars out of 5 from me.”
