“Good Cue Craft item at a very reasonable price. Delivery times need to be made clearer is my only feed back as it changed from 2-3 weeks, to 3-4 weeks and then to however long it takes the factory.”

“I was happy with my purchase and it was sent promptly... I did get an SMS to say the products were shipped the day before arrival. It would have been good to have received some idea of when the items were going to be actually delivered (like Amazon). I would have had to wait in all day and even the following day if delivery had not been made when it was. Luckily it was delivered on the morning of the second day after ordering which was very good and allowed me to plan my day from there. So just a suggestion to see what could be done (if anything)...”

“Excellent shop, has many items and equipments i can't find on my country. Valuable stuff, the website is very comfortable to browse and very detailed. The prices are decent and fair, the shippment is very fast, faster than i expect to be honest, so very worth to keep purchase in the future. And most important, the customer service is top notch, very nice people who like to help on any problem or question. I highly recommend on any snooker and pool player to buy from this shop. Thanks!”

“I purchase quite a bit of stuff from billiard boutique - products are always as described and arrive in a timely manner. I find there discounts and bonuses all to confusing and just dont bother with them - which is a shame. All in all - good to deal with”
