I'm giving 2 stars only they ship super quick. I literally got my item the next day and that's is genuinely amazing. However, if you want a refund this is where they have let me down. If you're buying a cue you must proceed with caution. If you want to try out a cue, and you chalk it (you know, the thing you do before taking a shot?) you can tear up any possibility of a full refund. You're better off selling it on ebay than spending another £10 sending it back to them with no word of acknowledgement of receipt, ETA on when the refund with be processed or how much you will be reimbursed. Also refunds are only dealt with by 1 person it seems who is hard to get hold of (of course). As a customer you have no reassurance that your custom is valued and you'll be helped if you have a problem. Don't get me wrong, they are definitely a good place to purchase from if you know exactly what you are getting. I took a gamble on a jump cue I couldn't customise and I'm basically out of pocket £131. Shall not buy from here again,

I bought a box with 50 cues, but received only 45. The box was not sealed, was not opened inside the envelope, so cues was not spread around, and the missing 5 cues are not inside the envelope too. The envelope arrived also in perfect condition. Tried to contact the store, but in vain, nobody returns my emails back... Won't buy here again...

The ad showed a beautiful box - Blue and Gold - to keep the extra tips in But no box !! ???

The order was shipped on the 3/11. Told by your customer service it was in Australia on 8/11. No ability to track item, unable to call shipping company. No idea where item is at this point.

There seems to me to be no connection between the "stock" catalogue and the rewards/history programmes. None of my previous purchases show up anywhere. Also, and this might be down to me, I seem not to be notified personally when a "wish list" item becomes available. all-in-all, apart from the straight forward buying and delivery* of an available item, not a very good website. *The delivery process within Spain is absolutely dreadful (via "SEUR")

Apparently my order was despatched on 13/12/16 It's now 18/12/16 and it still hasn't arrived yet

Hello, thank you for getting in touch with your concerns the service that you selected was our Standard Airmail (Non-Tracked) service to the USA, this service does not come with tracking information as is clearly stated on the checkout page ~ Pete
